This is the second time we have ordered a pizza ahead in the middle of the afternoon and have had to wait way past the estimated... time for our order. I understand that things can get busy, but the store wasn?t busy at the time, and the employees did not haveany sense of urgency to get orders done. Customer service is very sub par. The food is great 99% of the time. But the new management is not a people person. We own are own business and recommend local... business, but because of a nasty attitude we will not be recommending pizza pipeline anymore, thank you Manger PJ for making usnot want to eat there or recommend you guys. first and foremost, if I could give them zero stars, I would. we ordered at 6:23 and it?s 7:53 by the time it got here.
