This is the second time we have ordered a pizza ahead in the middle of the afternoon and have had to wait way past the estimated... time for our order. I understand that things can get busy, but the store wasn?t busy at the time, and the employees did not haveany sense of urgency to get orders done. Customer service is very sub par. The food is great 99% of the time. But the new management is not a people person. We own are own business and recommend local... business, but because of a nasty attitude we will not be recommending pizza pipeline anymore, thank you Manger PJ for making usnot want to eat there or recommend you guys. For years and years I have been putting ?draw a picture in the box? from every pizza place I order from in the special... instructions box. No one has done it. Til today!!! 5-25-22 I've walked past this place a dozen times. If had known they have a piece and a drink deal, I'd have stopped a dozen... times. Great pizza can't vouch for the rest of the pizza but the Canadian bacon is yummy make that YUMMY... won't pass thisplace again without getting a pie slice. Read more
1 star would be if there were rats running on the counter. 2 slices/soda $5. 2 slices do not even add up to one normal slice.... Out of diet Pepsi, counter with toppings was a disaster never cleaned even though there's no one in here?? Flies ,most likelysome covid. When I asked for the 2 slice deal she went to the box on top of oven that's been sitting there how many days andoffered me the leftover choices. This is pie shaped ellios frozen pizza, it even has the little dimples on the bottom of thecrust from the conveyer belt. Miss the 1$ slices! 'lunch special' is $5 for two slices and a 24oz fountain drink (before 4pm). If you get lucky and the... slices are fresh, they are delicious. If they've been sitting for awhile they are not so great. They have a wide array of otherfood like chicken wings, sandwiches, etc. Dessert sticks with cinnamon & icing are $9 for 10 sticks and pretty tasty.Everything is cooked to order except the ready-to-serve slices available until 4pm. first and foremost, if I could give them zero stars, I would. we ordered at 6:23 and it?s 7:53 by the time it got here. The... pizza was cold, the dessert pizza is tough and chewy because it?s also cold, and the Pepsi was lukewarm. We also ordered whitegarlic sauce that is no where to be found. Read more
