I ordered a large specialty pizza costing 40$ which is alot but I was okay with it. I ordered jalapenos which they called 40 min... after ordering to let me know they were out of jalapenos but I was okay with it. It was delivered 1hr and 5 min after orderingbut I was okay with even that. I ordered thin crust extra crispy but this pizza was barely cooked and floppy, I was not okaywith this. When I called to complain they offered half off another pizza, then eventually agreed to just replace the pizza thenext day. I called the next day and the manager refused to do anything said there was no note attached to my number so no pizza.I am very disappointed as these pizzas used to be great. Not the best. Not the worst. Took 1 hour 15 minutes to get my online order. Cheese pizza is a bit over cooked. Philly pizza not... sliced all the way through. I moved away from Spokane back in 99 and would guess that it's probably been about that long since I've had this pizza. I was... very impressed. Little has changed. Very very good pizza and love the tricky stix! I think it's great that the frosting thatcomes with them is actual cream cheese frosting and not that weird sugary dip stuff a lot of places have. order delivery andthey were here way faster than I would have expected and made sure to bring me paper plates. Phone order, could barely hear the order taker cutting in and out. Pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. Ended up waiting 15 more... mins after arriving. Payed 35 bucks for a Dry, cold, cheese was burnt and hard, over cooked, and missing toppings. Called andinformed the person who took the order and was told a note would be left for us to receive another pizza free of charge. Let'ssee if that happens. Read more
