The food was so good as always I ordered the Ultimate feast with both their premium sides (I need the recipe for the crispy... brussel sprouts for real!) an I was not disappointed! My partner got the make your own combo with the mashed potatoes loadedwith creamy lobster sauce, also SO good! Drinks were strong enough to taste but still delicious! We got the private booth in thebar so it was quiet, made for a wonderful birthday dinner. Had to get the servers attention a couple times (in his defense hewas manning the bar & all the to-go orders). All in all, still my favorite place to eat good seafood.... One year anniversary. I was proposed to 2years ago at the same Red lobster. We walked in and was seated away from others. We... ordered drinks and mushroom lobster appetizer. It was served and we almost decided to eat it without silverware since we we notoffered any. We finally had to ask for some. We ordered the Surf and turf (steak and lobster tail). Mine was med.well and myhusband’s was med. rare. When it came it was cooked properly except for his was nice and thick but mine was thinner than mypinky. I was informed that they were both 7oz steaks. The manager saw it and said they could replace it because it was a sadlooking steak. When it came back it was thick but cooked well under med. (it was bleeding). So they brought tut back to thekitchen again and cooked it more. They were very helpful and considerate of the issue that I had. I hadn’t eaten any of myfood (neither had my husband, we wanted to eat our meal together and when fully together). By the time it came out the rest ofmy meal was cold and my lobster was rubbery. We asked for some to-go boxes and our bill. The bill was $137. I noticed they hadcharged me for the steak they said they would fix (over $20) even though I offered to give the thin steak back during thebeginning interaction. We were there for our 1 year anniversary and it was not the experience we remember as one of our setmilestones of the beginning of our life together. Our meal and drinks were fantastic! After a brief bit of confusion over where and when we would be seated, we were given a table... in the bar. The bar keep was very attentive to us, and the drinks he prepared were top notch. The lobster was fresh and cookedperfectly. My shrimp scampi was amazing, as were my butterfly shrimp, crab legs, and lobster tail. Nice atmosphere, not toonoisy. Very mellow and relaxed. We highly recommend this location. Read more
I would give it a zero stars but there is no option for that. Idk what happened to this place but it was far from decent. The... appetizer we ordered tasted like it came from a box and heated in the microwave. It was still cool in the middle. The cheddarbiscuits were dry . I would have eaten Popeyes biscuits over these ones lol. We ordered the lobster lover’s plate. The lobsterwas horrible. We were pulling large pieces from our mouth that we couldn’t chew. The potatoes are fake and dry like thepersonality of the server we had. The staff was more worried about closing quickly (still had an hour until closing) thentending to customer who are paying high prices for a low quality dinner. We had a perfect dining experience here last night which started the minute we walked in the door when we were greeted by a very... nice young man. The food was fantastic, and we got a lot of it. From the appetizers, to the amazing biscuits, to the lobster,steak, shrimp and pasta, all of it was excellent. First of all I have to say, I love Red Lobster and have dinner there at least once a year. I have been to this location a couple... times, but this visit was exceptional. Our waitress, Holly was very attentive and friendly and there at our table just theright amount of time. She even suggested an alternate drink when I ordered something they were out of. The Moscato was verypleasant with my dinner. My husband was thrilled with his Pina Colada as well. We had an appetizer of Crab stuffed shrimpRangoon with sweet chili sauce and it was AMAZING! I've never had this appetizer before and I was very impressed. It was theperfect blend of sweet and spicy with the seafood. I would go in just for this appetizer if I'm in the area. I highly recommendthe Lobster, salmon and shrimp plate. I had a side of broccoli, which I asked them to pan fry and season. They did a perfect jobon my special request. I also had lobster topped mashed potatoes, which were divine! The whole dinner was just delicious andbeyond my expectations, which were high to begin with. I decided at the end to try the Meyer Lemon cake with raspberry drizzle.I forgot to take a picture of it but it was the perfect ending to a perfect dinner. My husband and I were quite impressed withthe speed, taste and friendliness of this location. We will be coming back again - probably for my birthday.
