I have paid for extra shots in my shaken espresso for months now just to find out I was paying for an extra shot when I wasn't... given the shot. I asked the cashier Cassie 3x how many shots go into the shaken espresso and she has lied every time. Today Ihad enough and told her what the app says and what every barista says that it's 4 shots not 5 and she threw a fit about it. Iwill not be buying my Starbucks here anymore. Read more

Went shopping at 3pm tried to get coffee seen they close at 4pm. Stood there for a few min tired to order and she told us she... was closed. Brought up thought they closed at 4 she told us that it?s just her and two other customers wanting stuff. If youdon?t want to do your job then don?t go to work. Find something else. Read more
