I was at the downtown location and came in 10 minutes before closing for 4 sandwiches. The employee was so nice! He was... cheerful, efficient, and a great sport. Sandwiches were perfect! ???? Read more

The sandwich artist who made our sandwiches did great and the sandwiches were perfect. We hadn't eaten one of their subs in over... 3 years and I'm glad we stopped in because we will again! Read more

They don't take coupons at this location! Horrible customer service in not accepting coupons!

This location doesn't participate in the corporate marketing campaigns. So corporate sends you ads via the app, mail, TV,... whatever - you get hooked on a lunch idea, show up, order, then find out the pricing is completely different from what you hadplanned. Even when you are visibly holding a coupon while ordering, and so obviously expecting to use it during checkout. I getit that franchisees like to have some autonomy, but if you're going to break completely from what corporate is doing, why notjust start your own independent sandwich shop? Otherwise customers can only conclude that you happy to engage in bait and switch- benefitting from the extra traffic corporate brings in, while not honoring the information people have relied on when choosingwhere they're going to eat. I'll be patronizing other locations in the future. Read more

This dump hole doesn?t honor any coupons. I arrived today and several customers had in hand the same coupons that I did and I... watched them be denied. I just walked out. How can you operate under the Subway brand and not honor the coupons that arepublished? Read more

When to this establishment and was treated with horrible service by the so called manager she discriminated against a health... care worker and an adult with disabilities they had their front counter barricaded with tables and fully expected someone withdisabilities to not use the tables to hold themselves up then after said adult with disabilities sneezed into her mask she wasin barest in front of a customer filled store by the "manager woman" who refused to give her name, refused to give the ownersname refused to call him then REFUSED US SERVICE. I will not go to this establishment again because they discriminate againsthealth care workers and adults with disabilities and have 0 professionalism what so ever. Hopefully there boss is not upsetshe just threw out a good 100.00 in food products. Oh and ms manager I do not need to tell you how to run your store the serviceis awful anyways with you running things it wont be open much longer, or you will just never get returned customers hope wastingall that food was worth refusing service to us for standing up for our rights and humanity, hopefully you never need compassionfrom someone in healthcare or from an adult with disabilities. Your out look might be a little nicer next time. Read more

I love Subway sandwiches. It's always my go to when I'm between jobs or traveling. I've never had bad service and this location... is no exception. (Edit) This morning I wanted a breakfast sandwich. Checked for hours on Google Maps around 8am. It said it wasopen. When I got there about 8:20 I was surprised to find that it didn't open until 9am. It looks like all the Subways in townhave changed their opening hours, so no more breakfast sandwiches for me. ???? Read more

Tonight at 5:30pm there was one employee. That wasn't enough staff for the line of people there. The sandwich was below average... because the one employee was hurrying and just kinda throwing food at the bread. Also there is no sub of the day and no couponparticipation. The Subway on Third Avenue and Division Street is way better. Read more
