This location was super busy when we came in on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one associate working by the name of... Heather. She was doing a fantastic job for being the only worker there. She was running back and forth trying to replenish theingredients and at the same time juggling a ton of customers. She made the experience fantastic. Went to Subway this evening after receiving coupons from subway in the mail. Specifically a buy one get one free sandwich. When... we were in line we heard someone at the front of the counter getting upset that he could not use this coupon. This is when wediscovered that the owner of the subway decided not to accept subway coupons. We also found out that he owns most of the subwaysin Spokane. Yet there is a large advertising that came out in the mail today for subway. This is bringing business into a storebut he is not honoring the coupons. I chose to turn around and leave only for the principal. I will not do business with someonelike this. This is wrong and deceitful. Shame on you subway! Read more
****DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS***** Subway corporate mails out coupons to draw in business. The owner of this and multiple other... locations in Spokane has Decided not to accept coupons. For families that are trying to make their budgets stretch those buy oneget one free is a big chunk of change to spend when you weren?t counting on that. . Placement of their signs is on the verybeginning of the counter as you walk in. A customer walks right past that to look at the menu. Fortunately for us there wassomebody upset about it at the very end of the counter already having had their sandwiches made, when we walked in so webenefited from overheating ?but that?s why I came in today?. Thumbs down to the gal who walked to the beginning of the counter?twice to show the sign. We were relieved to not be unpleasantly surprised when it came time to make our purchase. We made ourcomment put the sign in the middle of the counter where people order their food, And left. My partner and I ordered on the app and picked it up. When I opened my sandwich to eat it at home, this is what I got. Yeah, we... should have checked it before leaving the store but who seriously thinks this charred thing was acceptable? Edit: the guymaking the sandwiches is refusing to take accountability saying it's not burnt, that's just how the bread toasts, as if I'venever been to subway a day in my life.
