It was good, but did not have a lot of filling in the taco like it normally has, so Probably just an off day

It?s alright that the north town mall is not busy during weekdays , but the owner or who ever is making money out of this place... must put someone who really cares about their food quality and costumer service . I paid 24 $ for 4 chicken quesadilla and itwas lots of chees and chunk peace?s of Chicken with out any vegetables . So disappointing of this place . Read more
There's obviously lack of care and management at this place lately. I love their quesadillas, but the past two times I've gotten... them, they were wrong and I waited over 15 minutes each time. If I wasn't so hungry I would've went back to have them remakethem.. but I'm not waiting another 15 minutes. There was no Pico on either and lack of chicken on the first one. At first Ifigured.. it's the holidays.. they are busy.. maybe they have new workers?? I hate complaining, especially when it's hard tofind good workers.. but these kids obviously don't care. Plus you have to wait at the counter and yell "hey!" to get someone tocome out of the back when you go there to order. Read more
STOOD AT THE FRONT COUNTER FOR 15 MINS AND 2:06 PM NOT ONE PERSON IN THE STORE AT ALL DURING OPERATING HOURS it is a 100%clear... y'all don't care about business or your customers and I waited 10 mins th day before same thing noone in sight at all and on topof that I see multiple people waiting after I left and got a&w. Got a sweet pork burrito. I dont think a single ingredient touched each other except for the tortilla. Got one bite pork, one... bite beans, one bite cheese, one bite rice, and the last bite a big mouth full of sour cream. During a pandemic like covid-19 I have seen alot of places get way to relaxed with masks and sanitizing. This location keeps... everything behind the counter, employees and fully masked up and wearly properly. And the counter areas looked nice and clean,also I have seen an employee clean them while I was eating last time. Food is always good, I know it's just fast food but whenthey actually make it with care you can taste the difference forsure. Been very happy with location the past 2 months I've beeneating there on a regular basis. Keep up the good work guys???????? Read more
Extremely disappointed in this place. My husband had ordered the 4/$8 bean burritos and was charged $19 for it. I thought I... misheard her so I didn?t think anything of it. When the food finally got to us after 20 minutes of waiting, it wasn?t even closeto what my husband had ordered. My husband went back up to the gentleman at the counter and pointed out that his order wasincorrect after we had inspected the receipt and asked if we could have the correct food and have the difference refunded, asthe correct food was almost half the price. The guy told my husband he could do that and remade the order. When he went back toget the correct order the second time, another 20 minutes might I add, My husband asked about the refund the guy said he wouldgive us and the girl told us to come back in ANOTHER 20 minutes, as the guy was on break. We came back later and found out thatwe were given false information and the gentleman talked us out of refund, stating that was the managers rules if they remadeit, they couldn?t refund. I explained to the guy that didn?t make sense as they still owed us the difference. The guy continuedto roll his eyes at us. I was absolutely appalled by the attitude. Not to mention, the burritos my husband got tasted sour!Hopefully the manager sees this and has a talk with his employees. Aweful service. Would not recommend to anyone! Read more
