Wonderful atmosphere, great wait staff. My girlfriend had the Grilled Lamb with the pasta salad and I had the Spicy Chicken... sandwich with potato salad. Both were near perfect! I would have preferred a traditional tzatziki and no mayo on the lamb, and Ifind that the pasta salad a little bland for me. My Spicy Chicken was perfect! The potato salad nearly perfect as well, exceptfor the one bite that was more vinegar than I like. There?s one than enough reasons on the menu for a few return trips! Can?twait to go again. Read more

We had a party of 5. Elk does not take reservations, and we grabbed a booth. It turned out the booth was a tight squeeze for... 5. Another server noticed this and offered a table cleared after other patrons had left. It was a lot more comfortable. I hadthe apple-chutney pork loin. It was delicious! Everyone else at our table raved about the food. Our server let us know thatstaff was getting ready for closing, but assured us no one was trying to force us out of the place. This was our second trip tothe Elk since we moved to Spokane from the Midwest. It most certainly will not be our last. We have also checked out the TwoSeven Public House in Spokane, owned by the same company. Also a very good place for lunch or dinner. Read more
