Plate presentation was amazing. Food was excellent. The Filet was cooked perfect. The potatoes were slightly lacking, but the... puree compensated. The dessert was delicious. I wasn't even hungry for dessert, but it sounded good and tasted better. Idrank the mojito and it was tasty, but not over powerful. We caught a Lyft from the hotel so I can't speak to parking. Ihighly recommend reservations as there was a wait for walk-ins (it's not a large dining area) and the waiting area is tiny. Read more

Wild Sage is one of the only restaurants in town that you can count on both amazing service and food. Every time I've eaten here... the service is outstanding. The servers are always so educated about their menu. The food is mouth watering delicious. Read more

Everything about my dining experience here was terrific, from the service to the ambiance to the food. My family, which included... two toddlers and me, came here at 5:30p on a Monday. We got seated immediately, and they brought us a basket of deliciousfreshly baked bread with butter. We ordered dishes, I had the wagyu burger, and the kids got two different pastadishes. Friendly atmosphere, relaxed vibe, excellent service! I couldn't ask for more. You will not be disappointed. Truly aspecial place worth visiting if you're visiting Spokane or if you live there. Had a special meal out with the family. Great dining experience. The wait staff was attentive without hovering. Service was... leisurely as you would expect for a fine dining experience. Flavors were complex and layered with clear French influence butwith examples of American and Mediterranean cuisine present as well. The menu is ale cart but the prices are varied and thereare great choices at very different prices. I wouldn't recommend it for young children, but when the family is ready for finedining this is a good choice. Read more

Delicious food (duck and halibut) and drinks (island mojito and Parisian pear). Staff is very welcoming, friendly and competent.... We also took the signature dessert (coconut layered cake) which was great! Very recommended if you are passing by Spokane Read more

Great service, incredible food. The prices are somewhat steep, but the quality of the food made it worth it. Butternut squash... soup is my favorite & theirs is the best I’ve ever had. I had the filet mignon & the Wild Sage martini & my husband had thewagyu burger. They also have “popper” rolls with lavender butter & they’re amazing. The bartender was also our server &she gave great recommendations & was very friendly. Read more

We had dinner at Wild Sage last night before going to the PBR. I've visited many times over the years and always have enjoyed... the food and service, and every single time I wonder why I don't go more often. I intend to, in the future, because it is soincredibly consistent. Every aspect from entering to leaving (quite full!) indicates a focus on quality and that many peoplegenuinely care about the details and work well together. In addition to the lightest and most buttery popovers I have evertasted, we shared the poached pear and bacon and blue salads. Both had well-balanced, distinct flavors and were a fresh start toour meal. He ordered the Hawaiian bigeye tuna, which was perfectly seared rare and accompanied with avocado beurre blanc, tropical fruit salsa, wild rice, and carrot-daikon slaw; it was so incredible that I stole more than just a few bites. I hadthe breast of duckling with cherry-port demi, yukon potatoes, vegetables, and toasted hazelnuts, and it was rich had adelightful balance of color, flavor, and texture. The only thing better than the presentation was the actual taste. After ourentrees, even though full, we couldn't resist the special of the spiced apple bundt cake with vanilla bean ice cream andcaramel, and of course the hazelnut chocolate tart. Both were terrific, and I seriously considered ordering more to go so that Icould extend the experience by having the best breakfast of my life, but prudence won over, so I "just" had more than my fairshare of both desserts. Finally, the prompt, attentive and knowledgeable service provided by Sean was noteworthy; he wasfriendly, professional and made sure that every aspect of our experience was exceptional. Read more
