Old fashioned burgers at affordable prices. Ordered a bacon cheese burger and a drink, but got a burger and fries. They were... actually great fries, hot and fresh, but just not ordered. The bacon was a little too thick for burgers so you ended up withthe whole piece rather than bite by bite. But hey, it's ???? bacon. There is something comforting about the greasy spoon,griddled cooked burger when you are travelling, that tells us all is right with the world. Zip's delivered that. Read more
There are too many other burger joints in the area to suffer through the terrible drive through service I got today at Zips on... Division. The cashier decided my cheeseburger with just lettuce and mayo was a "deluxe" and charged $3 more. I asked her whyand she responded that she has worked there for years and she knows what it should be. Very surprising considering I'veordered the same thing a dozen times at that location and never been charged for a "deluxe". Just goes to show that one bademployee can cost you a lot. Out of State customer trying this place for the first time. Wanted to go to the Korean restaurant next door but the wait was... like 30 min and we just flew in so we were hungry. The place looked ok so we tried it. We bought a 2 patty hamburger (forgetthe name) with the combo and an order of mushrooms. The total came out to be like $21.00!! The burger was nothing special andjust had 2 patties, and cheese with some pickles. The mushrooms were terrible. We will never go back to another Zips. If wepaid $10.00 it still would have been too much. Save your money and go anyplace else. Wow, very bad way to start a trip inSpokane. The good thing is the Korean restaurant next door was very good but you gotta appreciate Korean food. Read more

Greedy owners. I ordered the chicken basket from DoorDash and they were charging .75 per sauce. It?s about principle and how you... treat your customers at the end of the day. My friend group will no longer be coming here anymore. Read more
I?ve never had a good experience at any Zips but this one really takes the cake. This was almost $20. Waste of money. I feel... like I was robbed. If it wasn?t so late when I ordered, I would have gone inside for a refund. I never raise confrontation atestablishments but I would have in this case. Just go to a different restaurant completely. This was my first experience with a Zips being from out of state. The locations was a tad run down, but staff were helpful and... friendly and the fish was especially delicious. I asked for recommendations from staff and received no less than five. Weordered a bunch of food, a hurricane with gummy worms (at our toddler's request) and a vanilla malt and we're pleased with allof it. Read more
Tables were dirty and the cashier was very rude. Our food sucked our burgers were pretty much just that, burgers. The only... thing good about the entire experience was the tator tots. Read more
