My 3yr old loves it here. We had the whole place to ourselves tonight. Finally 2 other kids come in. Even though there was only... 4 kids in total........they still had Chucky Cheese come out and try to get the kids to dance. Total fail on the kids LOL notmuch dancing happened. This location does a wonderful job of keeping the establishment clean- the only downfall was the delivery of upselling the app... download. We were told an additional 500 tickets would be awarded for sign up and it did not work. Other than that theexperience is the same as we have come to love at other franchise locations! Read more
Ok so we came out for my Nephew's birthday party. I was somewhat nervous about the whole situation, but the kids have been... locked up for months. I've been there only entertainment, for their own health and well being of course... You know as a motheryou don't know what to expect, I know a year ago possibly longer, it was a breeding ground for germs. There were always so manychildren running around licking their fingers because there eating & playing at the same time basically. When we walked inthere was 5 other children playing. So I felt confident in the situation, because I could keep a good eye on how my 2 & 6 yearold. Along with watching how my little ones interacted with the other children. As well as being able to keep their hands cleanand free from touching their face. I was extremely surprised when I saw that they had taken out the salabar along with thetunnels! Yet at the same time I was happy because, I took note that chucky E cheese was taking the possibility of my lovedones getting sick, quite seriously. I am not gonna lie I was overjoyed my children needed this today. The fact that all of ushave become a little socially awkward, I like to observe how they react to certain situations because there so young. COVID-19took a lot from us, physically and emotionally. I give chucky cheese 5 stars because they were definitely about their business. I saw employees frequently wiping games down and To my surprise they still had a salad bar but they deliver it to the table ina closed Styrofoam box. They still have the things that their famous for pizza, Soda, candy, wings etc... So honestly I wasquite surprised and a bit overjoyed when I saw it was a bit of a ghost town. This was a "test drive," like I said earlier in myreview I didn't know what to expect. This place is clean, friendly, professional and responsible. Good, clean and positive kid message music. Arcades are loaded with... variety and up-to-date! Food was tasty, the garden salad was to me "Very Good!" FYI they offer all you can drink beverages Butyou need to get a new cup every time, they are Serious about their customers health!! So my daughter did a birthday package for the kids. Our hostess was amazing. We paid for our food separate from my daughter. We... ordered a pepperoni pizza and wound up with half pepperoni and half cheese. My daughter did a separate order for herself and myson in law, that was messed up. So other than that, everything was great. The games are a blast. We will go back. Salad bar isgreat and is all you can eat. Read more
