Would love to give this Panera a 0 stars. Have never had or seen anything like this in all the years of eating at Panera where... you are charged more for NOT getting the soup with your half a sandwich. My mom's first experience at a Panera and she wantedto take me out after a dry appt. Our order: two half sandwiches, a latte, and bubble drink = nearly $29! On the menu states forhalf my half sandwich $5.59 and hers and same. As we received our sandwiches, hers was wrong type, not the Chipotle Chicken BBQas ordered and on receipt, we started getting a bit puzzled and talking. She decided to go have a look at the menu, then talkto someone. They told her that if you don't get the soup, you're charged full price as if you ordered a full sandwich, althoughit's a HALF sandwich I'd you don't get the soup OR salad. Have never, ever, at any Panera seen or heard of any suchnonsense! This family will never eat at any of these establishments again. Imagine if Olive Garden was to charge you $10 forturning down the salad and bread sticks?!? What poor business dealings. Read more

This is my fave Penera Bread located in the valley, way out - Sullivan exit, next to the freeway but you can drive over short... distance to the valley mall & Walmart; I wish there were more locations...I have to drive out to the valley just to visit hereb/c the one on Division is so not my cup of tea. I hope that location improves there. It's so not Penera Bread to suck. I havebeen to many other Penera Breads in other states and for the most part they are very relaxing. Penera here does a perfect job onmy plain bagel, which I enjoy double toasted w/cream cheese on the side. The coffee is always awesome, taste good, and it doesthe job. They have the raw sugar...options in creamers is a plus, for serious! The employees are so neat and polite. I reallylike coming here b/c there are times when I don't have to see clients so this is also one of my favorite pass times...it'scomforting to visit a place, know that you spent good money and it be worth it during a time out. Always like grabbing lunch here, parking lot looks busy, but there is always plenty of seating. Really like the new self serve... kiosks to help move the line along. I will say that the wait for food is a bit longer than it used to be, assuming they areexperiencing staffing issues like everyone else. I'm not penalizing them for it however, they apologized to every person thatpicked up their food and they seemed to be working as fast as possible. Just a FYI incase anyone is in a hurry for a quicklunch, probably order online to get it faster. Read more

The food is good, but every time we get takeout the order is wrong. There is almost always something missing from the order.... Today ordered a few lunches and a bagel with cream cheese, and the bagel and cream cheese was missing when I got the order home.I know this location is having staffing issues (hours and options for take out, order online and drive through are constantlychanging), but the wrong order thing is happening pretty much every time. Ordered a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and a cookie. They forgot the cookie but confirmed it was in the bag. Most of the... chicken salad was stuck to the paper off to the side of the sandwich. After putting it back on the bread, it appears that therewas maybe 1-2 tablespoons of salad per half. Taste was great as usual, for what it?s worth. Read more

I?d like to think I give restaurants a fair chance in providing good service. I?ve ordered about 25 times now and I?m finally... giving in on reviewing the location on Indiana. I don?t know the reasoning behind filling dressing cups up 1/4 of the way butit?s gotten pretty ridiculous and wasteful having to ask for 4 extra dressings just to equal one 2 ounce cup for my half salad.Panera, please fill your dressing cups all the way, no one likes a dry salad. Don?t bother ordering the Teriyaki Chicken. The chicken was extremely low quality and was very fatty. For $12, I expected... better. There was also barely enough food to fill half the bowl. Also, we ordered to-go and our order came like this. Theybasically just threw the bread in on top as an after thought. The bread was also hard and burnt. The only thing we orderedthat was worth the money was the sandwich. Panera should just stick to sandwiches. Read more
