NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered over the phone, was told 1 hour and got a text from door dash stating they would deliver my... food by a certain time. 2 hours later I still have no food, and Pizza Hut won't answer the phone. Drove up to the store wherethey had to remake my order while I waited another 20 mins. Still was charged my delivery fee. Worst part? This is the secondtime in a month. I called in because I had an issue with a delivery driving speeding and riding my bumper so closely that if I had to stop for... any reason he would havs hit me. As a mother, his aggressive driving upset me. The shift mgr, Katrina, was courteous, empatheticand had great customer service. Offered me a free pizza, that I politely declined. Katrina handled my situation effortlesslyand assured me that action would be taken. I appreciate a leader who understands the importance of professionalism,accountability, and overall common sense of being a decent human being. . . She deserves a promotion. Read more
Not a fan of the "new" pasta. The old pasta was a lot better, this stuff is no different than dominoes flavorless pasta. I also... ordered a chicken already and there was no chicken in my pasta. The website is hard to use. It is impossible to get the "special" price when using it. It always totals more even when you put... in the "correct" number of toppings and crust. Employees were rude, actually mean and condescending. We have enjoyed pizzahut for a long time. Hate to see them go out of business, but with this terrible service. It won't be long. Read more
This has been our delivery and carry-out Pizza Hut for 12 years. Overall very satisfied with service and quality and taste. If... and when they've made a misstep it was always made up for with a Free pizza next time. Read more
I ordered pizza online from the location at Pines and 12th in Spokane Valley. The expected wait time was 30 minutes. After 60... minutes and no pizza I called to find o ut when I could expect it. They said it had just left the facility 4 minutes ago, eventhough I received a text 30 minutes earlier saying it was out for delivery. After 90 minutes and still no pizza I called again.The person I spoke with had a difficult time finishing my order and after 10 minutes on the phone said it had been delivered. Update as of 11/9/22 I emailed the owner per their request 2 weeks ago and they never responded change my 2 star rating to one... star rating as obviously the owner doesn?t care or what to make this right very disappointed and very bad customer service. Iordered from Pizza Hut for the first time in years and wow was this experience horrible. So I ordered from the wrong storethat?s my fault. However when I arrived at the store the workers were sooo busy cleaning that they didn?t even bother to help meat the counter for 5 minutes and the store was freezing because they had the window open. When I finally paid for my order andwent home my supreme pizza was lacking in toppings and my husband?s pizza was packed. It was like whoever made my pizza hatessupreme pizzas.
