My wife went through drive-thru and placed our order the cashier read the order back to her which was correct when we got the... order home the two big one burritos that we ordered that was supposed to be without salsa Pico or sour cream we're just ricemeat and salsa no beans in fact when we looked at the receipt the order just showed two big one burritos with no alterations andthe two nachos that we ordered which were also made Regular we spoke to somebody who wouldn't provide a name that would not getthe manager on duty on the phone because he refused to get on the phone with us we advise that we had both the receipt and thefood that we could take in but they just said we had to wait to speak to the store manager in the morning and they refuse toassist us with our complaint Read more
Fast food American Mexican style, a little higher quality than the other big fast food taco place but also more expensive. I... like their breakfast burritos (served all day), their deep fried crispy burritos, and their mexi-fries (tater tots). They have apretty good vegetarian burrito too. Pretty good for a fast food joint anyway. Read more

So disappointed. Visiting Washington and haven't been here for years as we don't have Taco Time in Arizona. Ordered a chicken... soft taco, the girl at the counter talked so fast and was put out to repeat herself, the food was awful. I took two bites, myhusband did the same, we threw it out. What a waste of money and time and restaurant was dirty. I got hopes up for a previousfavorite and was truly disappointed. I know it's fast food, so I know just to never go again. ???? Read more
Absolutely the WORST EXCUSE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS IVE EVER IN MY LIFE HAD THE MISTAKE TO ENCOUNTER! LIARS AND THEIVES. ... I was never given a reciept, they acted like they were giving me a discount while shorting me on half my order, then when Itried to speak to them about it they said nothing they could do without a receipt. The manager on duty told me that he himselfput the food in the bag, impossible.since he was at the window the entire time talking to me about the order, which was handedout the window by another worker and now, being told to wait till Monday when the general manager is on shift. The place was clean, the food was good, the service was good. The only things holding this place back was price and portions.... Like a growing number of businesses Taco Time has raised their prices. It has become extremely expensive to dine out nowadays,it would be nice to see a revesal of this trend soon. As for the portions we sat down to a tiny cup of Mexi nuggets it waspathetically small and unsatisfactory for what we paid. Overall this company can do better. Read more
I grew up on Tacotime, they can be pricey for a fast food joint but the quality is better than fast food, so... Good size... portions unless its their mexi-tots then they cant fill the cup up. Love the daily deals, and the 4/5 Breakfast/Dinner Box. TheCrisp Meat burrito is still my favorite from them. Read more
