I had to call and get the gals name that was working the drive thru on the Dishman Mica side so I could leave her a review and I... also asked what days she worked because she made mine and my husband's drinks and they were the best tasting drinks ever. Shedidn't forget about my husband's whip cream and extra caramel drizzle as some of the batistas do forget. She was quicker thansome who have previously made our drinks. We are regulars and because she looked new to me I HAD to get her name. Her name isRay and she was the best barista I've ever had the pleasure to experience! She deserves a huge shout out and since my hubby isoff on weekends and we visit the Dishman location every Saturday & Sunday, I wanted to make sure she is who does our drinks fornow on. She was super sweet and is a great asset for your company! Thank you so so much Ray for doing our drinks exactly how wewanted the first time without any mistakes and me having to ask a 2nd time for the whip and extra caramel. Been here a couple times now. I don't live here locally, but anytime I'm in this area I stop by. Staff is always... professional and so kind. Previous to this visit I came through the drive thru after having a very rough morning ( my car wasbroken into and my kiddos prescriptions were stolen) and I needed a pick me up. I was frazzled and couldn't even think of thename of the drink I wanted. The employee was super kind to me, was patient with me and even made my drink on thehouse. Today's visit was a large order due to kiddos being with me. Again, staff was kind and helpful. Top notch place -happy to be a Wake Up Call customer and supporter. Read more
Update: I?ve been coming to this location for years and the new additions to their team in the last year have been phenomenal!... Everyone is so kind and helpful. I feel especially cared for by Jenna B. each and every time I come by PLUS she makes fantasticdrinks and truly cares about the quality of product she makes! Update: This seems to be an isolated thing! Jaymi was very kindto comp my next drink with Wake Up Call! I appreciate y?all?s dedication to right any issue. Wake Up will continue to be one ofmy regular coffee shops! I usually have really great service here and the workers are very nice! However, I don?t think leavingan inch of space in latte is acceptable. I paid for a 16 ounce and only received about 14 ounces. I understand foam makes thecup seem fuller and it was very busy this morning, but please make sure your baristas are filling the cups! I don?t think it?svery fair for someone to pay for something only to receive an unfinished product. Read more
