I've ordered from this location a few times and I'm always wondering why I go back. This is my last time going. I ordered a taco... salad. I had to take it out of the box because there was so much liquid in the bottom. My salad was also a soupy mess and theshell fell apart. Read more
I usually love eating here but unfortunately I haven?t been satisfied with the past few orders. I ordered a chiwawa bowl with... chicken?there was no meat in it at all. I also requested to have sour cream added and there was none. I also ordered a bowl withchicken and they decided to put sour cream on that one which made it almost inedible. I even made it a meal and added salsa butI wasn?t given any salsa. I don?t normally like to leave negative reviews because I know how overwhelming things can get butsomething has been forgotten every time I?ve ordered from this location, and eating here isn?t cheap. This is the best place!!! Food and Staff are amazing!!! The Sunday manager remembers my order, always is polite and super... accurate with my ridiculous requests. I like making custom salsas :-). Very nice restaurant, this restaurant has been there for a while but never comes up in the top list in google. Hats off to the... employees there , who had explained on how things work in this restaurant , add to that the Vegetarian Patties were dipped inoil which is exclusive for vegetarians and doesn?t mix The chips and guacamole weee awesome :) we got one burrito bowl and weshared , it was of perfect quantity. The salsa was pretty flavorful and overall veggies were done right One thing which I wouldlike is to have more vegetables to stuff in the burrito Will definitely come back Follow up on our experience, it was awful .We ordered veg burrito and veg quesadilla, both of them were delivered to our place and had meat on them , after paying so muchand having this kind of experience is totally unacceptable, now we are eating leftovers sinxe we cannot eat anything that we hadordered , very disappointed and annoyed Read more
Apparently this location is serving side orders in a small white Styrofoam container, which I wish they could avoid and simply... use other containers that they have on hand for other menu items, even if those are larger. In my experience, other locationsuse larger bowls or containers with lids, which seem to be made of streamlined, modern materials. I?d like to see a largerportion size for the side of rice and beans, which is regularly at least double in size at other Bubbakoo?s I?ve been to wherethe servers happily throw on more. Read more
