The order was not deliverd for 3 hours, called multiple times and was told that online tracker doesn't work and will have to... wait. On last call after 3 hours was told the delivery guy left the order outside, which is a complete lie as i was sitting inroom next to the door. Noone showed up, she said she can issue my credit back. This is ridiculous that we waited for 3 hours andmost of the places around are closed now to order food. This place should shut down thy have the worst customer service ever. Noway to talk to the customer, the assitant manager on phone said," i am not Jesus cant control everything," what a way to talk tothe customer. Wont be ordering from here again. Read more
I usually order through the app and pickup when ready. Today, I decided to come in and order. While the food here is good, and... usually made accurately, I am wondering why not one employee, NOT ONE, in food prep used any sort of gloves!!???????????? Idon't even see not one jar or dispenser of hand sanitzer!!!! Employees go to the back touching who knows what and then touchfood. Employees are touching their phones, which are high germ and bacteria carrying items, and then touching food!! Oneemployee was rubbing crust out his eye, went to the back, came to the front, used the cash register, without so much as usingany sort of hand sanitizer. And to top things off, there are flies flying around landing on dough that is sitting out. There'snot even one of those bug zappers to handle the flies!! Smh!!! I hope the high heat of the oven kills the germs from theseemployees hands. Smh!!! I'll give Papa John's a try next time!!! Read more
I have been trying to get in touch with my store, and contacted corporate through customer support. After tipping almost 8$ (5... in cash and an extra 1.78 on my card) the store took it upon themselves, to add an extra 3$ to my tip. Because I don?t use mymain bank account for online orders, I transfer the exact amount needed into my separate account for online purchases, it overdrafted my account which will now cost me 35$. The store doesn?t answer their phone, been on hold for the second time for 10minutes. This was AFTER I received cheesy bread with literally no cheese on top, only in the middle. Watch your card if youorder from them, apparently the manager likes to commit fraud. Read more
I ordered online to pick it up around 11:47 pm; once I placed my order, I received a successful order notice and that it would... be ready in 19 minutes. Since I live 15 minutes away, I headed down immediately to the store. Once I arrived at 12:05, I wastold that they had canceled my order and that they are not accepting order after 11:30 pm because they had shut down the oven atthat time. I lost a 1/2 hour drive plus gas, and they couldn?t contact me before I arrived to inform me that they canceled myorder to avoid this situation. Why are they accepting online orders after 11:30 if they are going to cancel? Read more
Absolutely terrible! Took 2 hrs to deliver cold pizza with none of the condiments (garlic sauce, red peppers). No apology when I... called. All I got was, ?we are busy?, as if it is my fault to expect any level of service when they are busy. Read more

Order cost $80 and this is how the pizza was delivered. The last two times the food was burnt. I have ordered from Dominoes for... as long as I can remember in different cities and states but never have I come across one like this?.they just do not care. SMH Read more
