I placed an order online for three subs - a bowl with lunch meat, a cheese steak and a gluten free sub. They said 25 minutes... before it would be ready. I got there after 20 minutes and when I arrived they said they still had to make my order. So Iwaited and again in 5 minutes saw mine was not being made so asked how much longer. The girl said snotty "Oh she has a glutensub and I have to clean the meat slicer" The manager put on a pair of gloves and was slicing the meat for my gluten free subwithout cleaning the machine with all bread crumbs all over it. I said "I do not want it as I would get sick". He said "I puton gloves" Apparently this store has NO KNOWLEDGE of what gluten free means - a slicer full of bread crumbs can make someonewith an allergy SEVERELY SICK! I only took the cheese steak and lunch meat bowl and when I got home the cheese steak was thesize of a 1/4 sub! I ordered a regular 1/2 sub. Furthermore if you say you're going to have an order ready in 25 minutes andit's not even being worked on after 20 minutes, it is not acceptable. Especially for the price you charge for your subs! It'sa shame because your subs used to be good. But the customer service at this location has always needed work and I can see itcontinues to keep going downhill. Read more
Poor management by the manager, placed my order, one cold sub and three hot subs, she told me 10 minutes for the hot subs, I... said fine. Outcome was the guy behind me ordered a hot sub and got his before I got mine. My cold sub was done and then got thethree hot subs at different times. Got home which is 2 mins away and the cold sub bread was soggy from just sitting there whileI waited for the others, first hot sub was cold. Great service. The employees were super friendly and kind. My wife has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating,... changing gloves and using separate knives. A great jersey mikes location! Read more
Stopped here for lunch and it was great! The staff was extremely friendly and my cheesesteak was hot and fresh!
I usually look forward to my subs from Jersey Mike's. However today's order was very disappointing. I ordered three different... Ham and Provolone subs done three different ways - A Gluten free one, a regular one with extra O&V on the side, and one withonly ham and provolone, seasonings and O&V. However, with my first bite I noticed it was not the ham I usually get. I believeit was Capicola ham? There were several different meats and one seemed like Pepperoni. As I did not like how it tasted I endedup not eating it. My picky 13 year old immediately said I don't like this ham it's not what I usually get the ham had a blackedge on it which usually there is no edge on her ham. She picked off the ham and threw it away. My husband's sub wasextremely dry and there was no oil and vinegar on the side or included in the bag. When I placed the order they said they werebusy which is understandable. I waited 45 minutes for my order. However, with the prices of food nowadays, you want yourorder to be correct and get what you order esp. if you have to wait. Today's order was not only disappointing but also a wasteof money! I was very disappointed with my order, the sandwich had almost no banana peppers, bread was hard, lettuce was not shredded but... in large chunks, there was a lot of oil and no vinegar.
