Although the service wasfast, the pizza was not good at all. No flavor at all. Crust seemed old. Idk...it just wasn't good.

The girl on the phone said the pizza will be ready in 45 mins, I called back... exactly 45 mins after and she goes and says ?oh yeah I called you back to let you know I didn?t have a driver for you no more ?.meanwhile I never received a call from her, then she says ?yeah, I called you off my personal phone? ??? like what ???????? The pizza is generally good. I went on Mothers Day and got 2 of the pan pizzas with the toppings spread to the edge. It's their... best pizza style yet (I haven't tried Brooklyn style). Sadly when I went today I forgot to go over my order to make sureeverything was done correctly. I do not know if the employee was new or just working too fast, but the toppings were far enoughfrom the edge I actually have a partial crust on one pizza and full crust on the other. Eating them anyway because it did notcompromise the flavor but it did damage my enjoyment of the meal. Attached are two pictures of what's left of the pizza. I hopethey do better next time. Firstly, I ordered online, I arrived before pickup, and waited for my food to be notified as completed. I went inside the shop,... and out of eight employees who were there, not a single one greeted, asked to help, or even acknowledged the customer's presencein the shop. It was very clear that they were extremely busy that day, so extra wait time is obviously understandable, but the100% lack of customer service or acknowledgment was unprofessional. There were four other people inside the shop along with me,and most of them had been standing there for quite a while, with again zero acknowledgment from any employee on staff. Our onlysaving grace was when a delivery driver, came in to get his next order, he asked if we had been helped, and when we said we hadnot, he paused his next delivery to quickly help the people inside the shop waiting. One of the customers, who had been waitingin the shop, his order had been sitting on the shelf since the time he had arrived, which was 45 minutes prior to my entry, anduntil the delivery driver asked if we needed help, it just sat waiting to be called out. His food was barely warmer than roomtemperature by the time he was able to retrieve it from the employees. The other two people's orders were sitting as well on thecounter, but not as long. Everything had been completed and put together, but no employee had the common sense to ask thecustomers what they could help them with, and get their orders out the door. It was very disappointing, and a few people willnot continue going back to this location due to the continuous lack of communication, and lack of effort on the employees parts.One guy who is on the conveyor belt (employee), grabbed the pizza with his bare hands coming out of the oven and moved it to thenext location, granted so it did not fall on the floor and need to be remade, but he had no gloves nor hand protection on and Ihad watched him wipe his face multiple times to get the sweat out of his eyes. This place provides the worst delivery service. If you can I recommend pick up and check your order first. Never get dipping... sauces...it's only .50 cents but it's dipping sauce you order it for a reason.
