This place is a joke. Routinely when I go the restaurant is dirty and understaffed. They spent tens of thousands of dollars to... remodel the place just to have it look trashy within months. This morning as I get there the lobby is locked which isn?t thefirst time so I go to the drive through. The guy says the manager didn?t show so the store is closed until further notice. It iscurrently almost 7:30 a.m. I can?t wait for this place to go out of business so a decent fast food chain can take this location. Read more
Very dirty. Sold me a soupy milkshake for $4.28. Manager was on her break. Had to wait to get a refund. Just checked my card 2... days later and no refund! Read more
I stopped in to order breakfast and it was the worst experience that I have had in a long time at a restaurant. Waited 30 mins... for my order, and upon driving off I realized they gave me the wrong food. Customer service provided by the workers wasatrocious , and although quite a few customers were waiting on orders, they allowed someone to come in and skip the line andgave them food immediately without the need of placing an order (as if they were the CEO). It was definitely my last visit to aHardee's and I wish I had gone back for a refund. Read more
This Hardee's as seems to be the norm with both Hardee's in our area has a serious quality control issue's if you're going to go... here make sure you check your order! As today again I ordered a double thick burger with everything, I got two meat patties withnothing on it. In all seriousness I can honestly say they get your order wrong 90 percent of the time the sad part is they put atip cup outside the takeout! Check your order! Read more
The worst fast food in this area. Other reviewers have said they are hit or miss, definitely mostly Miss. Three out of four... times you visit this establishment you will have the wrong food. As I sit here writing this review they are closed even thoughit is 5:15 a.m. and they have cones blocking the drive-thru with the front doors locked. Several months ago they had achangeover to a younger staff in the evenings and they are the absolute worst. Mornings were usually pretty good as long as yougot there as they made the hash rounds otherwise you get a cold block of greasy potato for each bite. This place had never beengreat but it was at least consistent, that consistency is gone. Employees are currently walking around inside on their phonesnot unlocking the doors or serving anyone. Been telling myself this for a while but this is the final straw, I'm done with thisplace. Read more
One of the better Hardee's in the area. Food was fresh and made correctly. There was nobody ahead in the drive thru and still... had to wait longer than expected, but I'd rather wait for good food made right, than have cruddy food quickly. Read more
Super friendly staff! (The power went out for about 10 seconds and the staff remained professional and courteous. The manager... immediately came out to the dinning area to apologize and then went out to all of the drive-thru customers to apologeticallyexplain that the system needed to re-boot. Check your food before leaving. We get food here every morning before work and every morning they mess up today and we have to... go back. Today we bought 6 biscuits and they only gave us 2 of them. I recommend you do not pull off without checking your food Read more
