Coffee was perfect but my sausage looks like bacon, double check those orders! Staff was very friendly.

Several cars in drive up, had to go inside since line was out in the roadway. Two people in front of me took over 15 minutes to... place my order. Fellow taking order was brain dead. Ordered the McRib meal. Simple enough. Then he asked me if I wanted fries.Duh?. It?s a meal w/drink. He handed me a cup which I filled. No lids or straws. The guy before me asked for large lids andlady from the back placed them on the order counter. They brought mine out, just one. Told her I needed a straw and she askedwhy I didn?t ask for it with the lid. Told her I did! So I asked why there was no straws or lids near the soda machine, shestated in a low tone it?s not her job. The fries were lukewarm and the center of the sandwich was actually cold. Sunday,Aug. 7 at 10:00 went to get breakfast before leaving Spotsylvania and the cashier took our order like in a rush. At the... moment of receiving the order we asked for the hashbrowns and she jumped into the conversation in a defensive way saying that wedidn't asked for it. I nicely said that we did ask for combo. She started back and forth with us saying she had read the order.She was extremely rude. To that I finished saying just charge me for th hashbrowns and understand that who pays your salary arethe customers that come here every day. The supervisor at the time did not address the situations like she should have done.She said you need to pay and I said no problem..bottom line she took the hashbrowns and put them in the bag and turn her back onus...like saying get out. Sadly we will not return to this McDonald's. Even the customers in line were talking and sayingwhy is she answering back to a customers for 2 hashbrowns that they were willing to pay.... not to say that she took wrong theorder. . Read more

Horrible experience. I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and no one came out of the back. I had to actually yell for... someone to come out and the person basically asked me to use the self service machine. I said I don't have a problem doing thatbut someone should've asked me to do that 10 minutes ago. Then they didn't have any tea in the container so I gave my cups tothe worker to fill it up from the tea in the back and he straight up forgot about it. I had to call him and ask him where mydrinks were and he was all like oh I forgot. I would not recommend it. Read more
