Haven't eaten here can't imagine the thought that went into yours pictures. A thermometer reading 70+degrees with dirty fingers... touching food ? I'm ???? thinking if that's the pics and usually pictures is top top and food usually can't be up to par ofpics... We have been going to this Sam's location for 20 years. They used to get it right every single time. They have hit a slow... decline since they got new management. The pizzas are just not good. Period. Theres no other way to put it. We got pizzas therea few weeks ago and the dough was almost completely raw other than the edges ... i mean, absolute goo. Seems to us that theyhave put all the effort into making their dining area look pretty and not at all worried about the quality of food thats beingserved. Read more

Sams has good pizza and the bonus is always the buy one get one free pizza option which makes it very cost effective when you... have a large group or family. I give the food 5 stars but this particular restaurant dine in atmosphere a 3, there is verylittle seating and the decor feels like they could care less about anyone dining in. Read more

So I guess if you want your food to be hot you have to pick it up. Put in a order to be delivered, and it was it delivered later... than the time I was given online. Called to check on my order and was told it was in the process of being delivered. My orderarrived and all my food items were luke warm. I called and was told there is nothing they can do. They will not remake my orderfor me to pick up. I was also told that with my order being delivered that I should not expect my order to be hot. All of thisjust doesn't seem right. Normally this place is good. Yesterday delivery took 1hr45min and food was cold Update 1/21 service for delivery still sucks.... 1hr 30min delivered how is this acceptable. Good cold to touch cheese isn’t even hot. Food thermometer at 74 degrees. I’llnever make that mistake again. Avoid this place if you’re reading this. Read more
