I had been going through a very rough time lately. When the server Sophie had asked me how I was doing, whether it was genuine... or not it meant the world to me. It made me really realize, how am I doing??? That question delivered to me by such a caring andsweet individual made my day and I?ve been happy ever since. Ranch was delicious and so was the pizza. Quality of the food is not the same. Menu prices online do not match prices at the restaurant. $4 surcharge for use of credit... card. This is the second time we had these issues. We figured we would give them a try again and unfortunately there was noimprovement. When the concerns were brought to the staff's attention, nothing was offered to be done to try and rectify theissues. Read more

Sophie Was the best server I?ve had in my life. I?d wake up every morning with my mouth feeling dry, my head pounding, and my... muscles cramping. When I sat down Sophie asked if I?d like a drink or water. I asked what is water? She said she?d grab me one.After I tried the water my headache went away, my muscles stopped cramping, and my mouth wasn?t dry anymore. I?m providing a review based off of customer service alone. When someone calls an order in, as a customer, we don?t want to hear... why you can?t provide a service because you?re short staffed. That is not the customer?s concern and a turn off from eating atthe restaurant. The website says ?curbside? available. How is it the customers concern you?re short staffed. Don?t get me wrong,I understand that caring and being considerate can go both ways but the first thing out of the person?s mouth that took my orderwas her struggling to explain to me that curbside may not be available and appearing over the phone that she was uninterested intaking an order. Kinda unpleasant. My first time ordering and last time. It?s time out supporting places who don?t train theiremployees well regarding customer service. Either you offer a service or not. We had the best time at Scafas. The brick oven pizza was sooooooo good, and my wife got the stuffed shells which were delicious.... Our server was very attentive and took really good care of us. Recommended the cannoli, which was just perfect. Everything wasamazing. Hats off to the owner Domenico, for having such high quality food and wonderful service. Scafa's is a great, quaint Mom & Pop style Italian restaurant. The food hasn't let us down, the red sauce is tasty, pasta is... not overcooked, the brick oven pizzas are great. The servers are friendly and the owner has greeted us every time we have eatenthere. Read more
