I had high hopes for this place because it?s so close to our neighborhood. Here?s my honest opinion? the rolls were ok. The... Shaggy Dog roll was actually pretty tasty. What really ruined the experience overall from the beginning was their ginger. Theirginger is very dry, lacking flavor, and honestly not good at all. If they changed that then this restaurant would be 3 starmaterial. Akashi invest in better ginger. Read more

This has been a go-to place for a couple years. The staff is always friendly, the food is always great, and it has a very chill... atmosphere. I've had to start a note just to keep up with what I've tried as the menu is huge - you're sure to find somethingfor everyone. I'm a yellow tail fan so I get a few orders of sashimi every time and there's never been an issue with freshness.If you aren't sure what to get, the staff will always help. I'm sure everyone is equally fantastic, but Josh, Lin, and Jayalways take great care based on personal experience. Read more
I have yet to have a bad experience at any of the locations I have visited. I go the the Spring Location the most and we love... it. Great service amd the food is always great. They have an awesome sushi menu, there is something for everyone. They fusionpart of the menu is good as well. Good selections and the standard options are there. Try the Soups and the Lady Gaga Roll. Youwill not be disappointed! Read more
