Horrible management. The ice cream selection is minimal (they never have pecan praline and rarely butter pecan). The Dunkin... Donuts is the WORST I've ever visited. Management refuses to even sell Apple Fritters or Coffee Rolls except on Saturday andSunday... I rarely get aggressive in reviews or wish ill of establishments. But this location deserves to fail and I wish fordeep impact into the financials of the owners for the poor customer service decisions. Read more
This is the worst customer service experience I?ve ever had. My family and I get ice cream about once a week and this was a... usual stop. But enough is enough when it comes to terrible service. The kids that work here don?t care about their jobs or thecustomers. I?ve constantly had to ask for help before someone will come out of the back to serve us. We are never greeted with ahello. That?s what you get when you hire people from a lazy generation. I?ve asked for a number to speak to a manager and I wastold that he doesn?t like to speak to customers about complaints. We live across the street from Thai location but now we drivefurther to Marble Slab or Dairy Queen. Read more
Horrible customer service, no flavors in stock, out of pretty much any extra toppings, no utensils, extremely rude when asked to... change an order because they didn't have half most of the things that I had asked for. We always hope that this location gets better every time we try it again, but they always fail to please. Tonight, we tried the... new tiger milk bubble tea. Ordered three cups. We were so excited for these, but when we tried it, there was a strong flavor ofcinnamon. It tasted almost like a diluted horchata or cinnamon chai. Looking at the description of the Tiger milk tea onBaskin?s page, there is no mention of cinnamon whatsoever. So we thought to call this location to ask. The lady on the phone didnot try to help and stated that it was supposed to have cinnamon, there?s nothing she could do, and she didn?t know what to tellus. I would give this a 1/2 star only if I could. This location is the worst ever. Baskin-Robbins should yank there sign off of... this place. I think maybe the employees are high. They typically keep the door locked so no one can come in. They only wantyou to go to drive thru. I asked for 2 different flavors to be put in one cup. The employee said they could not do that. This place is awesome! I take my kids here for ice cream and their kids size (one scoop) is perfect for them. The place wasn?t... busy, so we got served right away. The staff was friendly and attentive. I?m not a fan of their donuts though. I got one to tryand didn?t even finish it. Will definitely be back for some ice cream In the near future. Read more
I ordered a small sundae and it didn't come with whipped cream or a cherry. Instead, it had a small hot fudge topping which... seemed stale.
