Alright, found the new go to Sandwich spot! This place is phenomenal. Bread Zepplin. It's in Spring. It's soooo amazing. The... sauces are made fresh. The bread is sooo fresh. It's a healthy alternative. Staff is super friendly. Definitely been needing aspot like this. They make the sandwich by hollowing out a baguette and filling it. Totally different. Go check it out! Was in the area and tried this concept out. Never been here before, but this place was interesting to say the least. You come in... and have the option to order one of their specialty/recommendation or you can create your own. I opted to do the bread salad. Sobasically, they hollow out the bread, and put your salad in it. So you eat your bread with the salad. If you wanted to go atraditional route of a salad bowl you can do that too. However, I tried the bread salad and it was phenomenal. Needless to say,I will be back while I'm in town. I also wish they had one of these in my hometown! Read more
This was my first time trying Bread Zeppelin. Atmosphere was pleasing. The store is bright, clean and welcoming. Very modern... decor. Large menu with lots of options for soup, salads or Zeppelins. The staff was very helpful when it came to us makingdecisions and even offered samples of various dressings. I got the "Create Your Own w/ Shrimp" and the "Washington State". Bothwere good. Had our first stop at a Bread Zeppelin last night. An interesting spin on the salad/sandwich shoppe competition and we very... much enjoyed it. The two young ladies on duty were very friendly and did a great job. The food was excellent (we got thebuild-your-own bowls). Run! Do not walk! You definitely want to eat the combination of sandwich/salad you never even knew you wanted. I had the... Washington but substituted the cheese. I don?t even remember which of the 2 (out of 17) dressings I blended together as I leftit in the capable hands of the employee serving me. Very patient staff since we were all new to the experience and explained itwith enthusiasm to customer after customer. Can?t wait to go back and try more combos! Read more
