Line was long typical for them. Staff was nice. Sat from the time ordered in drive thru to the time we got to the window was 19... minutes. Seems a bit ???? long for fast food. Service is outstanding, they have such a welcoming demeanor, they work fast, and make sure your meal is good. We had a Cobb... salad, which is fantastic, a Spicy Chicken Deluxe, which, and Nuggets for our son. Experience is great as is with all ourvisits at Chick-fil-a! Read more
Chick-fil-A, please train your staff. The organization hire ineffective and inefficient teenagers to run the show. I have... ordered two ?grilled chicken deluxe sandwiches And NO BACON?. I said it loud and clear to the lady who took my order in thedrive-thru but these clowns repeated the mistake second time and have no idea. They gave me sandwiches with bacon in it. Themanager, name Luis (near the cashier) care less and was arguing that it was ?an honest mistake??!! Really?!! However, Sarah whois the assistant manager stepped in and listened to the complaint and apologize for the inconvenience caused and she told methat she will take care of the complaint. Of all the Chick-fil-A locations I?ve been to, this is one of the worst. I always ask for the fried spicy chicken on my cool... wrap and this time they said they couldn?t because the lettuce is cold and they don?t want the hot chicken on the wrap likethat, I didn?t ask for hot chicken, I asked for spicy fried chicken. I waited in the drive-thru at lunch today forever. Then the lady at the pickup window instead of checking my bag before handing... it to me decided to make fun of my name instead. Had she done her job properly she would have noticed my order was shorted andincorrect. Fast forward another 20+mins returning and waiting again for them to give me missing food, It wasn?t even warm. Awesome place to eat! Very quick to receive our order, they do not skimp on providing sauces, friendly staff and clean... bathrooms. We don?t get to eat here often, but this is an excellent location that constantly provides good service. The manageron duty (Glenn I believe?) always has a smile on his face and treats both customers and employees well. Read more
I ordered through the drive through and they were a little behind making my food. They told me to park in curbside and they?d... bring my food out fresh. Because of how busy they were they forgot about me. 40 minutes later, I called from curbside and theysent someone out with my food. His name was Alex. Alex went above and beyond to make everything right. He made sure I had what Ineeded and took care of me getting me a fresh Arnold Palmer.
