The staff is always very pleasant and helpful, service is usually fast although last time we went through the drive through we... had to pull ahead and park to wait for our food. It took about 10 minutes, not sure why. Read more
Giving them a 3-star review only because the staff was so nice. I ordered an egg white grill sandwich from here and the chicken... was notably undercooked - like to the point that I'm afraid I might get sick. It was pink on the inside and had a rubberytexture. I couldn't eat it after the first bite. I love this breakfast sandwich and this is the first time I've had an issuewith Chick-Fil-A. I understand that grilled chicken takes longer to cook, but this is a potential health hazard. I'mdisappointed because I'm a local and this is the nearest location to me, but after this experience I would rather visit thelocation on 249 because I've never had an issue there. Read more
This location usually gets our order wrong or doesn't bother to put any condiments (that we specifically asked for) in the bag.... We've have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it's always the same issue. I am only referring to drive thru ordersonly. For the most part the people working there are usually politely which is nice but the person at the window is alwaysstruggling the keep track of orders. There is nothing more upsetting than checking your order and realizing there is an error.There have been times when we need to go into the establishment and get the rest of our order which is hard to do when you havekids. I wish they would have someone ensuring each order is correct before just handing it off. Other establishments in the areadon't have this issue. Read more
My family and I have stopped here a couple of times after a swim meet or other activities. The workers are always so friendly... and do such a great job at getting us what we need, keeping the dining room and restrooms clean, and everything else that theydo! This location has a very nice, large lot which makes the drive through easy as you?re not wrapped all the way around thebuilding. My kids enjoy the playground area too, and my wife and I enjoy sitting outside under the umbrella tables. Read more
1st time my son complain abt chick fil a. He got spicy deluxe sw... I guess it was prepared long back.. Taste weared.. The bread... was soggy n breaking up. The fries were redone.. Coz we asked well done. Nothing looks fresh. Fries got hard to chew. Worstquality we ever had in chick fil a. I m super angry for this location. Never go again.
