I've been to this location multiple times. Every single time there is an issue. I order ahead on the app so I can pick up my... food and go home after the gym. It's literally never ready on time. The last few times it's been more than 15 minutes later thanthe time quoted. I wouldn't even be frustrated if they were busy in the restaurant. Today it was 20 minutes late and therestaurant was empty. I could have ordered there and been out sooner. They also left out my child's juice. It seems small, butshe likes the dang juice. I'm not returning. UPDATE: they didn't even put my wife's dish in the bag. I got chips and guac ascompensation for the issue in the app. I will not return. Read more

Giving one star because they wanna stop serving before they close! And have a rude attitude when I say it y?all aren?t closed... its 9:48pm? these employees don?t appreciate repeat customers either. I get chipotle minimum 5 times a week from this location.No longer giving my business to this location. I?d rather drive out of my way to the college park location or Rayford location. Read more

This location's quality control is way down. First I saw a roach by where they heat the tortillas, didn't say anything as I did... not want to disturb other guests but knew I would make a review after that. So secondly I ask for a bowl and the person puts alittle scoop of rice and little bit of beans, had to ask for more. I felt like I was in a soup kitchen and they were rationing.same with the guac, it's a small dab. Then I get a drink and more than half of the fountains are out. Tables are dirty. I'vebeen to this location a few times and there's always drinks out and tables dirty. Is there even a manager that oversees any ofthis? Doesn't seem like it. Bad experience overall. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Chipotle. The manager has an attitude problem and thinks it?s okay to walk away from... someone trying to get information to file a complaint. The manager was in the serving line and thinks okay to not even line thebowl with rice, or provide a full scoop of beans and the amount of meat was a sincere joke. They want to charge premium pricesthat I don?t mind paying for a fair portion but this guy was out of control and the farthest thing from a real manager I haveever seen. Read more

I love this Chipotle and have been going here for over 5 years. I mostly go in to the restaurant to order, and on occasion will... order delivery when I'm feeling lazy. I have had minimal issues with delivery... until today. What I received today was a bigenough joke to warrant me writing this. I ordered (and paid extra for) double meat with extra rice and no beans. I don't go inand demand extra everything, but I've always felt its a fair trade to do extra rice since I don't get beans. I get Chipotleenough to know the normal weight range of my order, and immediately upon receiving the bag from my delivery guy I knew I hadbeen screwed in a big way. Upon opening, I was floored. I had a very bad experience last Sunday. I am a big fan of Chipotle but I think the restaurant at woodlands have changed a lot... and not for good. I was extremely disappointed ????. Dinning was a mess. Extremely dirty trash over floaded. Bathrooms weredirty not paper. Chips were all burned and the food wasn't tasty. Service manager didn't care about my comments because Irequested a different bag of chips but they were all bad. The line crews not friendly and the masks half way on. If they have towear mask should be all covered. Not half way. I love love Chipotle but I don't think I will be back to woodlands with thisexperience. The manager from this store need to train better the crew and service managers. I won't say anything if the storeis busy but was completely empty. Only two people dinning and nobody in the line. I don't usually leave bad reviews to Chipotlebecause I love Chipotle but I have to say something about this store. You will loos lots of customers! Read more

Ordered the quesadilla using the on line app. My order was confirmed with a pick up time of 5:45pm. I waited patiently as... people got in line and for their food before mine. At 6pm I checked with young lady and they got it out for me Unfortunately theorder was not made correctly....i received 2 poorly made kid quesadillas is best I can describe....and they forgot my rice.????????????
