Both the person preparing the bowl dnt understand English, asked for taco salad got something else, at the counter was billed... for extras out of which the only thing I added was guacamole. Worst experience. Read more
Ordered 2 of their chips and dips packs (each is purported to serve 10-15 people), one with queso and one with guac. Had it... delivered because I was hosting a surprise bday party. This cost $86.40 plus a $25 delivery fee (and tax/tip/etc). Afterdelivery (which was on time) I discovered that there was no guac in the order, and I only received a single portion of queso. When I tried to call the store to resolve this, I found that you can't actually reach the store, and you instead get forwardedto an automated service, which I did not have time to deal with because the party was starting and the guest of honor was nearlythere. Additionally, the amount of chips in each order was about twice as much as you'd get in a single order in-store. Certainly not enough to feed 10-15 people (or 20-30 for two orders). I'm very dissatisfied with the accuracy of my order, thequantity of food (chips and dip - I paid for two and only received one), and the complaint/comment process. I've since spent anhour trying to submit a complaint on Chipotle's website, but their comment/complaint system confirmation number format does notmatch the one I received in my order confirmation. I would not recommend getting catering delivered from Chipotle. Read more
Being a relatively new Chipotle in a nice (mostly) office area, it is very clean & well maintained (even the bathrooms!) The... food is fresh, just as you would expect from a well-run Chipotle restaurant. Street parking might be somewhat limited unlessyou're one of the near-by office workers who would walk out for lunch. But if you get here by car & find no street parking, youcan park at the Star Cinema Grill parking lot which is a short walking distance away. If there is no place to sit inside therestaurant, just venture out to nearby City Plaza where you can several benches & picnic tables. Read more

New Chipotle location. Very nice area around. Some parking available. Large inside rack for picking up online orders. Place... looks fantastic. Food was great as usual for Chipotle. I look forward to start coming to this new location more often. Eatingoutdoors here feels great. Read more
