This was the BIGGEST waste of money ever spent. The chicken tender plate (see first picture) was $20.40. You get 4 of the... scrawniest pieces of chicken that barely pass for being called tenders. You can get bigger and BETTER tenders from Buffalo WildWings, Wingstop for cheaper. This definitely is not an adequate size for the price you pay. The peach cobbler damn near crackeda tooth biting into the top crust. There was ONE measly peace of peach and some syrup drizzle. That is NOT peach cobbler thatbarely passes as peach pie. (Pro tip for the cobbler - break the crust up and don?t bake it for so long and add more peaches.)The Super combo shrimp and fish combo underwhelms as the fish itself had absolutely ZERO flavoring. The crust around the fishfell off just picking it up. What little flavor the fish was supposed to have was sopped up on that crush (try an egg and butterwash next time it?ll help it stick to the fish better) the French fries underneath were soggy as a dish rag. The shrimp was overcooked to the point it was like chewing rocks. The little bit of tartar sauce they give you makes it tolerable to gnaw throughbut my guess is they were rushing and overcooked it. The Mac and cheese portions where the size of an infant?s fist. It tastedlike Kraft box Mac and cheese meets Velveta shells and cheese giving it a really soapy type taste; luckily two of the littlespoonfuls will make it disappear. You can literally fit each scoop on one spoon and it?s over. I was checking it out because itcame highly recommended but sorely disappointed. The portion sizes are NOT worth the pricing and the food taste wiseunderwhelmed. I gave it a 1 star because I couldn?t do .5 of a star. I?m open to trying again but the prices and portions willhave to improve first. Read more

Excellent food at great prices. Huge servings, had the fried mushrooms and fried pickles, both delicious with ranch. Then I had... a BLT, it was so good and had a monstrous amount of bacon on it. And their peach tea is a 10 out of 10 along with their greatservice. Read more

Chicken fried Brisket and chicken fried chicken. Great food, great gravy. Portions a little small as you can see by the... potatoes. Service is a little slow and inattentive so 4 stars instead of 5. Read more

I got this order from Door Dash and it arrived in time and was hot. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed when I looked at it! ... The "loaded" baked potato was just a whole potato with a small cup of toppings. The broccoli looked okay but expected them tobe bland and the pork chops, which is why I ordered in the first place, looked terrible. However, as I was stuck at my wife'sstore, Angie's Gardens, down the road, I decided to make the best of it and just eat it anyway. Let me just say, I was wrong. This food, despite the appearance in the to go container, was absolutely fantastic! The broccoli was perfectly cooked andperfectly seasoned. The chops were juicy and flavorful and the tater was actually really good, after adding the little bit ofsalt and pepper in the plastic ware pack as well as the butter, sour cream and cheese. I didn't try the apples cuz I wasalready full after the main dishes. I recommend this place, will order again - even for delivery and can't wait to visit inperson! Read more

It was my family?s first time at this place. The food was okay. It wasn?t overwhelmingly amazing, but it was good! If you?ve... ever been, the atmosphere & some of the menu items kind of remind me of Mia?s Table. Some of the food could?ve been better, butthe lemon herb grilled salmon I had was the best thing I tasted besides the brisket queso! The catfish & dumplings had goodflavor as well! There were a few things I wanted to try that they were out of & would take 20+ minutes to make, so I wouldreturn! Read more

First time visiting this little restaurant, from the start it was a slow reception, they are currently understaffed do to... COVID-19 like most everyone else, so with the place having only 5 seated tables, and with 1 group of 3 in front of us, it tookabout 10 minutes before we were seated. I had taken some great atmosphere pictures to share of the place but it was requested bythe general manager that i delete them do to some of the current employees didn't want there picture, which was fine, so ideleted those pictures, you will need to visit the restaurant to see what it looks like on the inside. The rest of theexperience was fine, we had a wonderful waitress who took great care of us, made sure that we were informed of some of thefavorite foods they serve, and was very attentive, even when the kitchen forgot we had ordered fried okra, she made sure we gotit. I had ordered the meatloaf with their mashed potatoes and cinnamon apples. Although the amount of meatloaf was small, itwas still very tasty, they say everything is made fresh and they kept to their word, the meatloaf tasted home made, we alsoordered their chicken and dumplings, it is made with fresh ingredients, and not skimpy on the amount of chicken. Although ipreffer thicker gravy for my dumplings, it was still very good. We had also ordered the fried green tomatoes, which again wasfresh with their own batter, also the corn bread skillet was great, it has fresh corn, cheese and honey baked in, theyapparently used to have jalapeno cornbread but stopped, would have loved to taste it. Finally for dessert we tried their buttercake, this was a very sweet desert, it was a bit strong for me, but all and all it was good. I recommend going to cotton patchif you love good old fashioned home made meals. Read more

Went on a Saturday at 6 p.m. wasn't too busy. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Had a large group. Got seated fast. Drink order... taken right away. Never been there so took our time looking over the menu. I got the chicken fried brisket. Comes with 2 sides Igot macaroni & mashed potatoes. You get rolls also when you sit down. They are yeast rolls & butter comes with the basket. Thatmeal was ......so great! I would've never thought to chicken fry brisket..but it works! I had them put the BBQ sauce & whitegravy on the side since I never had them before. Both worked well with it. I took half home! Large portions. Someone else gotthe meatloaf & they enjoyed it. I will be going back with my husband next time! They have their menu online with prices. Myplate was $16 & worth every single penny of it! Read more

The kids macaroni and cheesewas especially good as well (we are picky when it comes to Mac and Cheese) Black eyed peas were really good as a side as werethe mashed potatoes!
