I LOVE DOMINO'S!!! Been eating Domino's since college when they first deployed the tracking app...still a fan today years later... watching the same tracking app deliver perfect pizza every time! Better than that garbage pizza in NYC and Chicago (had both,gross!!!)... Domino's is better than that craft local pizza garbage as well. I called and placed an order for delivery. It was estimated 25-30 minutes. An hour and a half goes by and I have nothing. I... called the store again and asked about our order and they made the excuse that they called me about my address and said theycouldn't get ahold of me. I looked and I have no calls that I've missed for the day. I informed the girl on the phone that Iwill send her my call logs to show otherwise and all she said was "I'm sorry and we will have the pizza to you in 25 minutes" somy family waits another 25 minutes and nothing. I finally called back again and nothing has been done and they made the excusethat they don't know where I live. I have ordered multiple orders to this address and told them that and they had nothing tosay. My 2 kids and I wont have pizza tonight now that its 2 hours later and this place lied to us and played games. Honestly I'mshocked. Your establishment should be embarrassed! Clearly this place needs new management AND staff after reading the reviews. I placed an order at 10 with a 20-30 min time frame... and didn?t get my pizza until 12 am. Before receiving my pizza I called the store in fear that it just wouldn?t get delivered.The associate was like it?s my last day working here I don?t care. All the reviews have a comment from management/owner statingthey apologize for the poor customer service but it seems like this has been going on for months reading the reviews. I thoughtit was just us, and every single time we get POOR quality food and TERRIBLE customer service. Save your money and order fromsomewhere else. This has to be THE WORST DOMINO?s by far. I?m confused as to how they are still in business. I can?t understand how someone... wouldn?t notice not putting cheese on almost and entire pizza. How can it happen more than once? I?m sure that it didn?t matterto you?ll because the pizza was free to me. The pizza was in fact free because of how much I order from you?ll. I used to order from this location at least once a week. 3 months ago we had a bad experience with the night shift manager. ... She was extremely rude to my wife over the phone. The pizza was deliver 2 hours after our order was placed (website said 45minutes). We finally decided to give them another try tonight. Placed the order online, 40 minute wait. 3 minutes after theorder was placed we got a call that said it would be an hour and a half. I asked if we could come pick it up. The guy askedthe night shift manager and I could hear her in the background rudely tell him that they aren't doing carry outs anymore. Itold him to refund my money. My food arrived and my pizza was burnt with the sauce showing all over. The pasta had no sauce and 4 chunks of chicken ( if... that ) . I scooted the pasta over and it looks like they were low on pasta maybe orrrr someone ate my food prior to arrival.I?m pretty sure this bowl is supposed to be full. The WORST Dominoes spot to place an order. Kaitlyn "Manager" how ever her name is spelled. I placed an online order which says... like 30 min delivery ETA, get a call after order placed and she asked if i want delivery but it will take over an hour sincethey have 1 driver. I said yes. I called back to pick up instead thinking it might arrive cold. Shes like ugh ok. She hadattitude. She yelled on phone saying you want free pizza or what. I just asked if i would be refunded delivery fee since impicking up. I arrive to pick up receipt showing it was canceled. She didnt show her face. Very rude!! Read more
