First time having Dutch Bros and am pretty annoyed by what I ordered. Although the flavor was good the drink experience was... bad. I ordered a medium Cold Brew coffee this morning. It came with ice. If I knew it was just going to a be Ice coffee, coffeewith ice, I would of ordered differently. Cold Brew made me think I was ordering cold coffee without ice. Because of that, I washeavily annoyed by the whole experience. The amount of ice in the cup made me feel like Dutch Bros are trying to cheap out on analready expensive drink. Read more
About as friendly as it gets! Maybe because it wasn?t too busy but both the girl who took my order outside (and recommended and... explained the drinks) and who handed me the drink genuinely took their time and seemed to be interested in creating an aboveaverage experience. Well done! Read more
