This place has gone downhill with customer service!!! Stood inside for about 5-8 minutes waiting for one of the ladies to... acknowledge us. They just kept zipping back and forth. They took 2 customers orders in front of us. It?s not like we werestanding in the wrong spot or anything. Then another lady comes in and they took her order and then the lady said she would beback to pick it up so at this point we were the only 2 customers left in the building so she says are you guys ready toorder!!!!!!!!! Like wow really we have been ready for the entire time. I proceeded to explain to the lady what the problem wasand she kept smiling and laughing cause she had no idea what I was saying or something. So disgusting! The corn was literally gray and the ?taki? topping was so stale. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and they made it... with the actual strawberry leaves inside it. I also order ?piña preparada? and it looked nothing like the picture AT ALL andwhen I questioned it the lady acknowledged and said there was nothing she could do about it. They were very rude and racist. My sister went in with our kids to get them a treat, and they never acknowledged us. There were... three of them standing behind the counter holding a full conversation, and they never said anything. They looked at us threetimes and just went back to their conversation. I will never come back to this location again. Ridiculous and a waste of mytime. I wish I could do zero stars. Read more

This is by far the very best ice cream I have tasted. The owner is a great lady and is always upbeat when you ask her about the... ice cream. I highly recommend this ice cream parlor to anyone that wants to have great homemade style ice cream. Take the wholefamily to this store it is the best. The first experience was explosive! My son and I enjoyed the Explosion tremendously. It was "the bomb":) He wasn't as chancy as... me and enjoyed the Vanilla with Oreo malt. It was smooth and tasty, too. The next day he went back with his Dad. We will bevisiting that place again and again. Very nice staff, too. Read more
