Always love me some steak burger and to finish it off with a concrete. The team members here were really friendly.

This location is my favorite place to come with my grandparents. We love the change in the staff they are so sweet. we noticed a... few things that made us really happy perhaps, the place looks really clean lots of new faces. This place continues to get worse. No seasoning on anything. The fries had max 12 specs of seasoning. The burger, I asked for... grilled onion which was disappointing. Not only that but I had the skin of the onion. Disgusting. I could not finish my burger.The soda was watered down and they tried to charge me for a large pumpkin pie concrete just because I asked for extra pumpkinpie in my regular. I know well enough I will not eat a large but I will eat a regular so im not going to pay for something Iknow I won't finish. Surprisingly this was my first time here and I can?t believe I hadn?t stopped sooner. I approached the counter and a young... gentlemen filled with great mannerism and enthusiasm, greeted me, he made personal suggestions and took my order. I was alone onmy lunch break. I examined the lobby and staff while eating. All employees were so respectful to customers and co-workers. Thisone individual stuck out though, he had great interpersonal skills. I watched as he approached and greeted tables, took trashfor customers, cleaned floors, cleaned tables, he even took and delivered orders. This was all done with a smile. (Rare nowdays) I approached him while exiting and asked his name to which he replied Aaron. I told him to keep up the good work and Ilook forward to seeing him in management one day. The girl ringing us up was awesome and kept checking on us while we were there, it was our first time going. It seemed like all... the other staff were new or just didn't care. She needs a raise! Pretty nice place to hang after the movies, talk with the kids about their lives and the movie itself, family friendly, friendly... staff, the only reason for 4 stars is that they took a long time to clean the tables, they could get a little better on cleaningtables, trash area (again not bad but definitely can improve).
