This was our first visit to this restaurant. We have never had the time to stop in, when we were eating in this area. This... evening we made time for a visit. We are very glad that we did, as the food was delicious. The employee that waited on us wasvery thorough, and patient. Had a great experience at Herb and Beet. The wife and I had lunch with some of my work colleagues. We ordered a steak salad, a... jackfruit salad, a side of brisket, and some beet chips. All the salads were quite good. I got some of all the flavors with eachbite. The atmosphere is good and the staff is very friendly. This is a restaurant for salad lovers. I officially have found our new favorite spot and I was surprised that there were not more people flooding this place. The food... was incredibly flavorful, healthy, creative, and fresh! Herbs and Beets is truly a hidden gem Everything about this place wasperfection. The owner and staff were extremely courteous and kind. They truly have a passion for their food. The decor was sooocute! There were plants everywhere and the energy of this restaurant felt so homey, cozy, light, and uplifting. Ideal forhanging out with your friends. Been here twice but I know if I had it closer to me I would be there a lot more. My mom and I were doing Christmas shopping on... this side of town last year and we stopped here and had a super delicious meal. We live in Richmond and we were both craving itagain so I made the drive, so worth it! The service, the decor, cleanliness, fresh ingredients? everything is top notch. I?mcraving it again as I type this review lol I hope they open more locations. Only thing I will say is I wish their menu hadphotos, it took us a while to decide the first time? but second time around we knew exactly what we wanted.
