Food is always fresh. They have slow service. Staff not friendly and rush you.

I would give it ZERO star i ordered onion rings and southwest salad for my dinner but when i got home i openedy food, damn!! It... was so nesty and very old and cold grilled chicken piece and onion rings are burnt i was like: really i paid almost $12 forTHIS food i was so hungry and i didn't eat that food i was tired from work that's why i couldn't make something at home at theend i had to sleep hungry. I just don't understand if we pay for the food why they give old and cold food to the costumers andafter read costumers comments why store managers do not take any step to make it better? Your website should not say you're open 24 hours when you actually close at 11 pm. I'll just go to another JITB... The guy... operating the window was rather short when delivering the " We're Closed!" information. I would give it no stars or negative stars, if i could. I ordered an 8 dollar late night meal. It was absolutely horrendous. It... was so chewy, that i couldn't bite through. I couldn't bite through the chewy onion rings, in the chicken sandwich. The onionrings were disgusting, they were like chewing on rubber. The fries were cold too. I tried to call, multiple multiple times, butthey don't answer the phone. I just wanted my sandwich replaced, that's all they had to do. I went up there, Rene, was veryrude. He told me he remembered me, that i always do this, which is a lie. I have never returned food here. I did eat the 2tacos and drank the dr pepper. I told them they could have deducted the money from that. The supposed manager told me if Iwanted good food, that i should go to a good resteraunt. He would not give me the name of the general manager. I'm telling youthis place is disgusting. I was done, they gave me my money back, thank God, I will never ever ever order food from here again.I'm telling you, way sub par food rude workers. Never again. Read more
There's nothing better than having a very pleasant experience after a long, rough day of work. I came here for a quick snack and... received some amazing food and some great laughs.
