I really like this place. Now granted if you are going here thinking it will be a 5star restaurant then you will be... disappointed. It is meant to be a dive style burger joint, and it does that just right! The burgers are a bit greasy but man theflavor is so good, and I personally dig those garlic parmesan fries. The staff is friendly and always helpful. When I have beenI see them clean the tables down when people leave and the bathrooms are clean both times I have been. When I say great burgers?.I mean GREAT BURGERS. Cajun fries are the truth! Plus the shakes they make are actual shakes not... chocolate milk. Great customer service as well even right at closing time. Great find right off 45 heading toward Dallas. Thank you!! Read more
Love love the chili cheese fries. Burger were good but could use a little bit more seasoning. Vanilla shake was yummy. Service... was amazing. The ladies at the counter were courteous and we had a couple people come check up on us to make sure all was good.It was also quick service. Read more
I had the shroom burger and garlic fries and wow was it delicious! The burger was simple and flavorful and was not super greasy.... The garlic fries were packed with flavor. I paired this delicious meal with an Oreo shake which was nice and tick and perfectlyblended. Read more
I?ve always been a Jax fan, regardless of location, in terms of the food. That said, I will never go to this one again and hope... your experience isn?t the same as ours was if you do. We were ?greeted? (if you want to call it that) by a rude cashier whorolled her eyes throughout our order. It was 7:30pm and they close at 8pm so I assumed she was simply ready to go home. I waspolite and said ?thank you? only to receive zero response or acknowledgment. As my sons and I noticed her attempting to bringout 3 burgers and 2 orders of fries all at once, we knew something was about to happen. She dropped my burger and placedeverything else on the counter only to lay her head in her arm for what seemed like forever. I decided I needed to head in fromthe other room to grab the hot food and took everything to the table myself. Another burger quickly replaced the one that wasdropped and had been cleaned up by another member of the staff which only made me nervous. It was good either way. As shebrought our shakes to the table, I again said ?thank you? only to have them and the straws practically slammed on the table withstill no acknowledgment or response. I could share this cashier?s name, but have decided to keep that to myself unless themanager would like to know. I know I?d want to know if I were the manager or owner. The food was good overall so no majorcomplaints there. The shakes weren?t great as it seemed as if the ice cream was too frozen given all the ice chips. Either way,good luck to you. Read more
