Every time we go into Lucky Dogs we are greeted by the SWEETEST bar staff! Ashley always greets us with the biggest smile and... best attitude. She pretty much is pouring our usual drinks when we walk through the door. She knows exactly what we want. Theywill change the TVs to any game you want. I will say it is hard to find bars in the area that will happily give you this kind ofservice. You can?t go wrong with anything on the menu. Y?all need to go check this spot out! Ask for Ash! Servers are very friendly. Drinks are good when they finally arrive. Service is very slow. Sweet potato fries were limp and... barely warm. Knife was dirty. When we arrived, only one other table was seated, and the whole time we were there there were only4 total tables seated, so it?s hard to understand the super slow service. I love the fact I can bring my dog here! I hate leaving her at home! The waitresses are super nice and helpful! They have... different themed nights which makes this place super fun. However, I am taking a start away because I did not like the food atall. My husband got boneless wings which were okay but I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was a mess. We had the place! Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was crisp and delicious. Had a hard time choosing. Good options.... Bourbon on shelf was Weller 12 and Blantons... Great first visit. Will be back! Read more
Update 5/10/22 - 5 stars to 3 stars: So we went for Mon HHs yesterday & the week prior - I was charged FULL price Mon 5/2 so... wanted to address that issue right away yesterday when I arrived - according to the server yesterday they disabled the HH buttonin the evening, she had to go to the back & have mgt enable the button. This is an absolute terrible model - not customercentric at all - why does the customer have to triple check their receipts AND ensure their HH button is enabled ?! A bitflabbergasted. Definitely crossed off my Mon HH joints. Also Mon 5/2 they put the women's bathroom light on a super short timerso while your in the restroom you end up sitting in complete darkness ???? they eventually fixed that issue for our follow-upvisit Mon 5/9. Don't know who's implementing all these new changes but they certainly need a strong QA person(s). === We'vebeen here a few times for their Monday Happy Hours (which is All Day ? which works really well since hubby is usually stuck indowntown traffic during the "usual" happy hour windows)... our fav is the $5 special eggrolls (they're amazing vietnameseversions - if avail get the spicy kind! The spicy ones do sellout). Today we tried out their Tuesday Happy Hour which consistsof $2 tacos, $2.50 well tequila & $3.50 corona & xxdos -- did well tequilas with soda + lime (basic & tasty!) and got 1 shrimp,1 pork & 1 beef taco... hubby was driving in traffic (10mins away) so after I ate I ordered him 1 shrimp, 1 pork & 1 chickentaco ???? The tacos come with tasty smokey red & spicy green sauces. Our favs are the shrimp (creamy sause is delish!) & pork(flavorful & moist!) tacos... beef one was a bit too chewy/sinewy & I got fat stuck in betw my back teeth (???? eek!) and thechicken was ok but a bit dry. Drinks are good. Friendly staff. Very clean. Something needs to be done about the a/c.Also if you tip a waitress she has to... share that tip with the other waitresses. That's not right. If I tip someone I want that tip to go to the person I tipped. Ownerstop doing this. It's immoral. Read more
