Went in to get my order. Did curbside pick up. After 15 mins of waiting I had to go inside to find my food just sitting there on... the counter. Then after 5 mins watched the manager finally tell someone to take it out toy car. I spoke to that manager and heronly response was ?oh we are busy? no apology or anything. Just we are busy. Then had to go back inside a second time becausethey forgot part of my order on top of all of this. She couldn?t even communicate her name well so I could put it down here. Read more
The young service person said my order incorrectly 4 times.. I had to continue to ask her to remove what she had added to the... screen (nuggets) or I would not drive around. She finally corrected it. I'm not even sure how she added the items when myorder was from the app for a crispy deluxe chicken sandwich combo.. thankful I checked the screen or I would have beenovercharged. But other than that, they are typically okay. I've had back and forth experiences with cold fries. But the teammembers are typically nice and try to help so I will keep them at a 4 for now Read more
This McDonald's is literally the first thing you see when you come out of my gated community. Needless to say my kids want it... everyday. So we go probably 2x a week if not more even if it's just for a frappachino or ice cream. We live on a main road tooso there's many restaurants to choose from but they always want McDonald's and this McDonald's in particular. We can alwaysexpect great service and our meal to be on point. There is a special needs employee, she's been there for as long as I canremember. 4+ years she is the sweetest thing. Always happy to help and ask you how you are doing. You can tell she has joy inher heart. Very independent and always smiling. She makes me smile just thinking about her and now I'm hungry. Although thereare 2 lanes and during certain times drive through is very busy. But they never seem backed up. No long wait times. And you canorder ahead of time. My order has been correct and fresh, served with a smile, each time I stop after volunteering on Saturday mornings nearby. It's... nice to have a consistently good place to have breakfast on the way home. Read more
July 6th at 11:34am I went into the restaurant to use the bathroom and there was a worker in the second stall I got out after... her by seconds and I washed my hands and I waited to see if she was going to leave out without washing her hands and sure enoughshe did after I walked out she had gloves on and was back to work that is absolutely gross and she was in the bathroom waybefore I came in that is sick I will never eat here ever again I'm glad I saw that and letting others know Read more
Excellent mcdonalds experience. They remade my no salt fries and immediately replaced the hand sanitizer after I told them it... was empty. The customer service here is top notch. The food is... and looks nothing like the pictures, but it tastes likenostalgia. Read more
This location has some of the rudest employees. On 2/19/2021, I had to take my burger back because it was completely RAW.... Instead of receiving an apology for receiving raw food, I received an attitude after asking for all of my money back. Alex wassupposedly the name of the manger on duty, yet he was highly unprofessional, as well as the other 2 staff that were workingalongside him. No one had on a name tag, and each refused to tell me their names. The entire situation was handledinappropriately, and the employees need training on how to respond to customers properly, as well as how to prepare foodPROPERLY. This location is always hit or miss. I can count more times that my order was wrong, then it was right. Sometimes you have... really friendly people and other times you have staff that pay zero attention to you and do not care if they make a sale. Forthe food, this too is hit or miss. We went today and the food was great, everything was right but the staff was superunfriendly. I wish there was another McDonald's location near 99 and rayford. If it wasn't for my kid loving the happy meals, Iwould never come there. Read more
