Order placed for pickup and paid for @ 9:54 pm, doors were closed, waited and tapped on window to ask if they would give me the... meal I paid for, replied we're shortstaffed. Could you bring my meal to the door, just as you have walked to it just now, We'reshortstaffed. I know it was close to closing but it wasn't until 10pm as listed on door. Order was 29.30 and i pulled up to the window and gave the window cashier 11.25 in cash and as soon as i was going to use my... card it fell between my seat and i couldn't get it because i needed to get out the car. So i asked the cashier would it be okayif i pulled over to the side to get my card and he said yea. So i pulled over and got my card so i went inside the building andtold the guy at the front cashier about what happened and that i already payed 11.25 and he said okay i got you. Love this place and the lovely staff! I?ve been coming here for over three years now. There is one closer to where I live but I... come here for the service. I?m respectful with the staff and they are friendly and respectful with me. If they get my orderwrong, no biggie because they?ll fix it no issue. Terrible employee working in the morning. I was regularly able to order frappes in the mornings until recently when this rude... guy there started taking orders. Somehow every time he is working there, they don't have frappes available. I think its just himbeing lazy. He had a bad attitude as well and no customer service skills. He left me waiting at the order speaker for a whileafter greeting me with "give me one second" just to say that I couldn't order a frappe. Then the last time I went it took him along time just to say "give me one second" I just wanted to ask before he left me waiting there again "Do you have frappes thismorning?" Its just a yes or no question. Can't be hard for you to just answer! Then he said again with a passive aggressive tone"Give me one second" I am not going back ever again during morning time. Lady that brought me my food to curbside was so rude! You could tell she was angry the moment she walked outside. Everyone in... the parking lot was looking at her. She came up to the passenger side door instead of driver side and waited with a nasty lookfor me to roll down the window. I got treated like that for ordering curbside?
