Fast curious service. Ordered direct at counter did not use the keypad . Find it a bit confusing if you want something a Little... special on your burger. French fries are the best hot and crisp. Not soggy. Read more
The last 3 times I?ve been there, the order is always wrong. Ordered SEC McMuffins & there?s no egg. Order taker had serious... attitude & all employees are in too much of a rush. Read more
Good play place, friendly staff, good location. Only concern is the main bathroom in the restaurant doesn?t have a baby changing... table. There is a bathroom in the play place area that does, I found out on a subsequent visit, but this bathroom is quitehidden. Should have a sign in the main bathroom or honestly, just have more than 1 baby changing station. It is McDonalds afterall, they cater to children. Read more
Play area is not designed for 0-3 years as stated. My 3 year old could barely play and my 2 year old could not. My kids are... pretty tall for their ages btw. Meat was burnt on burger. Not impressed with this facility. Read more
I stopped here with my daughter to get lunch. For some reason they put extra items on my order, I paid for them, but never... received them. Pretty odd, and a bit shady. I'm not so sure I'll be back to this location. Read more
The Glennloch McDonald's location is a cut above the rest. It's always super clean, fresh modern look and feel, and the customer... service is awesome. The play area is nice and big and there is plenty of various seating there too. It's great for the kids andparents alike. Food is served quickly and hot (and correctly too, we always have a special, complicated order!). Great for aquick bite or a longer playtime for the kiddos. Only drawback is some of the parking is right up on the drive-thru lane, trickyto get out sometimes when the drive-thru is busy (but far from a deal-breaker here). They support all the area schools too. Justa great McDonald's! Read more
We specifically would like to that our server Servando, at this location...he has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I... will say his service & great attitude kept us ordering food. I swear I would have thought I was talking to management. Servandodeserves a raise. The play place is always frustrating when trying to order food, bc usually I have a car full of kids, my laptop, wipes for the table, diaper bag... it's not fun to have to collect all the kids, and stuff to go stand at the counter whilekids tell you on repeat they are staving... having food delived to the play area, keeps us ordering food...however... only 2tables have numbers... the rest have qr code advertisements to order to table... but no where to scan on the app, nor a numberto order to. The last 4 times we've come, we packed up and moved to chick fil a, bc it was too stressful trying to order andfeed kids... thankfully Servando is on the clock today and he saved the day through 3 hours and 3 orders of food for our groupso far. -Prior to playplace opening back up a few months ago... The staff is always very friendly and we go by just to take thegirls to get fries so they can say hi to whoever is working the windows. It will be nice when the play area opens back up. Read more
Was pleasantly surprised by the inside of this location. I haven?t stepped foot in a fast food place since a few years before... Covid. I went in to this one so my daughter could quickly use the restroom however we ended up staying over an hour so shecould play on the jungle gym. Very clean. Lots of space. Friendly staff. Read more
