Food is good, as usual customer service is very pooor. They messed up my order three times, and then they make me wait to get my... correct order. One time they owed me 5.59 dollars never got that back. It is not abt 5 dollars but sincerity and honesty withyour job. Read more

So, we work for Door Dash. Our busiest times when we run are dinnertime and after. This is probably the worst managed McDonald's... we have ever encountered. We've witnessed the staff there getting into screaming matches with each other so badly you can hearthem through the drive-thru speakers, screaming at each other, "DO IT YOUR G*DDAMN SELF!" Swearing up a storm (I feel for anyonewho was in the line who might have had their children with them), answering the drive thru com, "Whatchu want?!" The dining roomarea doesn't close until 10, and yet if we show up just a little after 9, they refuse to let us in despite there being nearly anhour before the times listed for them to close their doors. They NEVER have the ice cream machine working and running (I dothink that might be a thing with McDonald's in general though, that might not be exclusively this restaurant), and they're justall around rude. I tried sending a message to McDonald's themselves over the fighting that goes on with the staff, I have arecording of it even, and I got back a message from the management that they were sorry we weren't satisfied with our visit andpretty much stated there was nothing they were going to do other than remind the staff to do better. Ordered 3 double cheeseburger with only Mac sauce and lettuce, they gave me 3 already made double cheeseburgers that had ketchup... and mustard and added Mac sauce and lettuce. It was disgusting. They messed up and only gave me 1 double cheeseburger. Plus thefries were old and cold. They forgot to order my second order of fries as well. When I get to the second window, a car cut infront front of me, they chatted with them then drove to the third window. I asked if they were doing a online order, they said?oh no it?s ok they work here ? so employees are allowed to cut in front of you if you?re in the drive thru, be aware. On top ofthat don?t expect a smile, a thank you, nothing. They give you your change in first window and close it, second window you getyour food and a closed window immediately, plus when I got to the 2nd the girl never opened the window until the food was done.She just leaned up against the window and all I got to see was her long nap hair pressed up against the window. Fire thismanager please because they obviously don?t care for courtesy to customers. Someone do a surprise undercover visit so you cansee your employees skills. Their Horrible. 1 Of the cleanest and well run McDonald?s I?ve been to. The inside is great decor and taken care of for sitting to eat and... visit. The staff is friendly and quick with orders and getting their duties done. They even had some Alan Jackson playing.Thumbs up!???????? ???????? Read more
This McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I have literally ever been to In My Life! I don't know what they do but it's like... you can taste the fact that they care about the service the food is always Super Fresh taste amazing iced coffee is always onpoint. Services fast friendly with a smile this McDonald's days in a ward as I have never gotten my order wrong and it is freshno matter if it's the am crew or the p.m. crew they are amazing the owner of this McDonald's Naas recognition the manager of theMcDonald's and then and their crew also do need to give them a bonus. Went there again last from from another McDonald's thatwas terrible and didnt even check my burger as i knew it was gonna be correct. Read more
It's an new location, the tables are fun for the kids since they have interactive lights. When going through drive thru there... is always something wrong in my order even through I used the app. By the ti.e I realized something missing or given the wrongsandwich I'm at home. The staff is nice but needs to work on double checking orders. Read more
