They simply never made my order placed at the kiosk. I checked they located it. After 15 I ck?d again was told it was lost... again. Two people ahead of me got their $$ bk & left. Bought a roasted turkey and avocado BLT and it was the worst sandwich I have ever bought. The price of the food is definitely... not worth it. It?s basically theft since the quality of the food is so poor. The sandwich looked nothing like the photo on themenu. It was basically a bad salad in between two thick slices of bread. I love Panera Bread but this place is terrible. The grilled cheese is not grilled. It?s cold bread with melted cheese. The... manager said they don?t have a grill to grill the sandwich like the Panera Bread menu picture. The pizza bread wasn?t all thethe way cooked. I love Panera Bread, but this location sucks. They are constantly messing up my order when I go through the drive thru. I ask... for chicken noodle soup and they put tomato soup in my bag. I ask for a turkey sandwich and they give me a tuna sandwich. Gross.The receipt was correct, but they put whatever they feel like in your bag. Check your bag before leaving the drive thru. I don't know what all those negative reviews are about, they must've woken up on the wrong foot! Haha For my FIRST time here,... the food, timing, and service was top notch. I went through the drive thru and was warmly greeted by an attendant, I let herknow that it was my first time here and wasn't sure what to get.
