Ordered 3-3piece chicken dinners the teenager gave me 2 and I told her I ordered 3 and she showed me the ticket and said see I... only charged for 2 and I said lady look closely to the ticket and I showed her 3 so she got the 3rd one and just handed it to meand I had to ask her for a bag to put it in and she just handed me the bag and walked off. While I was waiting a lady came infrom the drive thru and told the boy ringing up at the window he didn't give her the right change so he went and got out $15 andgave it to the lady and she said it still isn't right the guy didn't know how to count Cash back so he went back and got about$20 in one's and just handed it to the lady and walks off so she calls him back and said let me show you how to do this andcorrected the problem and said don't cheat your self out of money. Told chicken would take 12 mins to cook. Stood in line a total of 30 mins waiting on the food. Then when we finally got it,... they put incorrect size tops on. Imagine my embarrassment for scolding my child for the reason the red beans and rice ended upspilling onto my Mac and Cheese/Chicken - when they had the wrong size tops on the sides to start. This restaurant advertised 2 Can dine $11.99. I proceed to drive thru to place my order and was told we no longer offer that by... the drive thru cashier. I asked, " but it's showing in your sign". She then continues to state that it's no longer beingoffered. I asked again, then why is it on the sign. She said I don't know, you can pull up to the window and talk to my manager.I do as she stated. However, her manager I could see through the window on the phone. Mind you, good customer service would havebeen for someone to say 'just a moment or something'....nope, nada, zilch. I then dial the guest service's number to be toldthat they would fix it, but nope, nada, zilch. The manager come and opens the drive through window while I'm on the phone withguest services. She says the DM has to come to the restaurant to fix it. Here's my exhaustion point, a DM (District Manager)has to fix a sign that is advertising an offering that isn't offered. Absolutely craziness. However, it is no wonder the FastFood industry is still in existence given COVID, recession and just plain ole CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's all quite bad. I won't bespending any more of my 'very barely there' money at this establishment. Huge disappointment. Read more

Chicken is good, they are nice. Every time I go there they ask if I want to try the chicken nuggets. A bit repetitive. Twice I... have gotten the chicken nuggets, along with a 10-15 minute wait in my car. That is ridiculous. I come to this location often andthe location is good, other than the wait times. Who wants to buy the chicken nuggets when you have to wait that long for them? Read more

Before I can place my order, the cashier is asking my method of payment. I asked her if the terminal was down and she said no.... I?m not sure why the employee was more concerned with the type of transaction than the order. I ordered a 2 piece dark meatchicken meal. The chicken was very dry, stringy, over cooked and there was more batter than actual meat on the chicken. Whendid Popeyes switch from normal sized chickens to tiny Bantams? Popeyes chicken used to be moist, flavorful and normal sized,now it?s mimicking KFC with tiny over cooked pieces of chicken. Been a fan of Popeyes for a long time, but past 2 visits havebeen disappointing. Read more

I like their popcorn shrimp and fish sandwich which is what I go there for. Nice tasting fish sandwich which I think is better... tasting than the competition. The only problem with them is they make mistakes in the order so I have resorted to checking itbefore driving away from the window. If their service was good I would 5 stars but not in this case. So they don't substitute for the family meal no problem. HOWEVER if you order 10pcs of chicken mix of only leg and thighs... they can't do that either. What can you do if I don't want to order the specials Could have charged extra could have chargedthe same price it doesn't matter I'm willing to pay the price. How stupid do we have to get to educate these people. I bet if Igo there and order 5 2pc meals they cant do that either, they want 15hr pay, and have 7.25 ethics. it also makes me wonder if Iwere to order the chicken sandwich and ask for no pickles, will they just tell me the same thing IM SORRY WE ONLY SERVE IT WITHPICKELS Guess we will have to go to the further locations to get proper service Owners and Gms. Every time I go here the food is old and under cooked. The staff is rude, especially the manager. I?m an assistant manager in a... food company and the attitude and disrespect coming from the crew and the management is absolutely ridiculous. Will not bespending my money at this location. They gave me my food in a melted bag with sauce spilt all in the bottom of it. When I askedthem to remake it they just wiped the sauce off the food box and put it in a new bag.
