This location was actually pretty good but we did suspect our chicken was recently precooked and reheated in our dish. It did... not have that fresh made texture to the chicken, it was a little chewy but everything else tasted very fresh and tasty. Theywere short staffed caused a bit of a wait. Read more

Good atmosphere, reasonable pricing. I rated this a 3 star because I did not taste much flavor in the food.

Pasta is good… But I feel cheated, you guys have a promotion on Uber Eat. buy 1 get 1 free. I did so and did not receive the... extra plate. (false promotion). I called the restaurant and a girl told me that the restaurant does not know, nor does it havecontrol of the promotions they offer, that I should contact uber eat that they know. If you don't know how to do the promotionsyou offer, then don't use digital platforms that you don't KNOW AND CANNOT control. waste of time...absolutely tediousexperience. Read more

Food is always good. WHY DID THEY STOP USING BOWTIE PASTA??? Our waiter Deangelo was very nice and attentive. Been coming for... years and will continue. They used to have a huge jug of wine on the table and you served yourself. They would ask you at theend of the meal how many glasses you had. Wow, the honor system. What ever happened to that? ????If I could turn back time???? I would never make the dumb decision to come here with my family and save the time and money... spent in this second rate “Italian” restaurant. Atmosphere was like the place your soul goes to die. I think I’ve been toLuby’s that had more going on than this place did. The staff looked to be going through the motions but mentally checked outof the reality that they were actually there working. We ordered drinks as soon as we sat down and about 8 minutes later (at analmost dead restaurant) we finally get part of our drink order. The kids to-go cups were filled to the brim to the point thatthey had overflowed down the side. I asked for napkins to clean the cups and the server walks away with the cup for another 5minutes. The cup comes back with slightly less coke on the side forcing us to use one of our cloth napkins to wipe it up. Afterabout 15 minutes the server comes back to tell us that the they were out of frozen Bellini mix for our drink…once appetizercomes out we realized that the meal would be complete garbage. The fried mozzarella tasted like a combination of oil and waternot cheese. The meals took forever to come out and again I’m going to say there were maybe a handful of tables with patrons.By the time the meals finally came out our expectations were so low and Macaroni Grill did not disappoint, food lacked flavorand honestly we were over it and just wanted to rush through it so we could get the check and leave dinner purgatory. A coupleother things I want to point out…horribly uneven table and disgusting dust on the blinds dividing the booths. Skip this placeand go to a real non chain Italian restaurant. Read more
