Thought I would treat myself a sweet treat. I don?t do this often. I didn?t have to wait long however the cinnamon twists were... cold and put in a brown lunch bag, gone are the shipley logo bags. The prices have gone up and quality gone down. Next time I?llmake toast with jelly for a sweet treat. Read more
Shipley's has always been my favorite donut... the warm glazed are awesome! I can't believe that a piece of dough costs almost... $1... and the Devil's Food were note fresh. Disappointed. Read more
My main problem is bagging and overall Kolache production.. Before this time, everything they would squeeze as much as possible... into 1 or two bags and the sausage and cheese they would have on the bottom of the bag would only heat up the donuts above itand leave much to be desired when my ride home takes all of 3 minutes. (They had a new lady working this time who seemed to knowhow to beg things properly thank god!) There sausage and cheese kolaches are also a bit overwhelming with the breading and a bitunderwhelming with the sausage. Read more
I?ve been coming to this location out of my way and further from the one by my house for years because the kolaches were fresh... and soft and the glaze donuts are always hot when asked for them. The last couple months the cashier is unfriendly and gives medonuts that taste days old. I even went back in one morning and took my cold hard donuts and asked for fresh hot and the ladyjust said we don?t have any. Poor poor customer service. I really wish I could give zero stars because of your cashier! Read more
Driving up it was not busy at all, it was late afternoon, I thought they were closed. They were very much open. Pulling up... through the drive thru welcomed by a smile. We asked for glazed doughnuts, simple enough, but they were out. So we settled forsome cinnamon instead, also ordered 2 cokes to go. Paid and enjoyed. I would have put a 5 star but no glazed doughnuts kindashocked me. I wanted one. But hey open later, I do like that part. Thanks Shipley! Read more
The food is good. This doesn?t apply to that. But since when do you get asked for tips while going through the drive thru??... Never have experience this at any other establishment and don?t expect it to be a normal thing. I noticed the lady paused beforetaking my charge so I think she knew it was shady to ask. Went at 5:30am a time any reasonable person would expect freshly baked hot kolaches and donuts. I ordered two sausage cheese... kolaches and two glazed donuts. What I got instead was a cold and hard bag of disappointment not sure how someone can confusedthe orders. But yeah not what I?ve come to expect from Shipleys. Very disappointing but probably should of read the otherreviews before going could of saved me some time and gone somewhere else. Read more
