I've been here 3 times, the first time the staff of 3 people were so focused on their conversation that it took 15 min maybe... longer to get my juice and I was the only customer. The second time I ordered through the app and when I get there it is closedwith a note on the door stating that they had to close due to staffing shortage. On my third and final visit I ordered throughthe app when I got there the young lady was sitting outside she walked in behind me and asked how she could help, I told her Ihad ordered online and after looking for my online order on her receipt paper she told me she didn't have the plastic cups thatjuices came in but she could make it in a regular cup. I'm on my lunch break and didn't have a lot of time and this locationjust has no sense of urgency. It's really disappointing because I love the juices but if you are in a hurry don't bother. I placed an online order 30 minutes in advance of my arrival. When I got there at the designated pickup time, the employee... hadn?t even started making my bowl and I was the only one there. I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for my order. As I watchedthe employee make it, there were several sanitation concerns including the employee picking something up off the ground thenreturning to making my acai bowl. Additionally it appeared they were simply rinsing everything off with water and not actuallysanitizing (blender, spatula, etc). The fruit that topped my bowl was clearly going bad.
