I've been here 3 times, the first time the staff of 3 people were so focused on their conversation that it took 15 min maybe... longer to get my juice and I was the only customer. The second time I ordered through the app and when I get there it is closedwith a note on the door stating that they had to close due to staffing shortage. On my third and final visit I ordered throughthe app when I got there the young lady was sitting outside she walked in behind me and asked how she could help, I told her Ihad ordered online and after looking for my online order on her receipt paper she told me she didn't have the plastic cups thatjuices came in but she could make it in a regular cup. I'm on my lunch break and didn't have a lot of time and this locationjust has no sense of urgency. It's really disappointing because I love the juices but if you are in a hurry don't bother. I placed an online order 30 minutes in advance of my arrival. When I got there at the designated pickup time, the employee... hadn?t even started making my bowl and I was the only one there. I proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for my order. As I watchedthe employee make it, there were several sanitation concerns including the employee picking something up off the ground thenreturning to making my acai bowl. Additionally it appeared they were simply rinsing everything off with water and not actuallysanitizing (blender, spatula, etc). The fruit that topped my bowl was clearly going bad. Any Smoothie Factory I've been to usually has a line out the door. I see why this one doesn't. I've been here a couple of times.... Each time the customer service was lacking. Neither time was there a greeting coming in or at the register. Both times it wassimply a "how can I help you." No pleasantries, no hi, no smile. I started with a smile and a hi, still didn't get either back.The young lady yesterday is the reason I'll never go back. I'd rather drive a little further out for better customer service. Read more
Not sure how the smoothies taste because I wasn?t served. Walked in at 8:40pm; wasn?t greeted by the guy working. Had to greet... him just for him to walk to the counter with a look as if we had inconvenienced him. Finally he said that they were about toclose as if we could not order, so we said thanks and walked out only to discover the sign on the door reading that closing timewas at 9pm. Based on the customer service, I?ll never know how the smoothies taste and as I did tonight, will take my businesselsewhere. Read more
I got a carrot smoothie with ginger. It's very tasty and balanced. A little sweet but still really good. Loved the Christian... music blasting and the friendly cashier and smoothie maker lol. They gave me the residual of the smoothie which you don't getanywhere. That could be nice if you have a child who is picky. I've been paying for a lot of expensive smoothies my kids don'tlike and this place will be nice to take them to. It's hard to figure out what they like and smoothies are 6 bucks a piece itcan be very frustrating. I wish I lived on this side of town, it looks like a family operation would love to to come in herewhen wanting a treat. Read more
